i think a $25 seatbelt violation is the least of their worries...

Seatbelt violation in NC is $150.00........

But, they would have the money to pay that after they sell their drugs.

I still can't believe the whole thing! They are either the best actors EVER!!!??? Or the dumbest critters who ever crawled their way on land? Misty and Ronald seem to have no emotions(except on the Nancy Grace show...at first)...DRUGS??? or DISGUISE??? Then they loose all emotional bond with that poor Haleigh in interviews, and on those drug tapes, something smells. It's a real who dunnit?!?!?>!

Donna Brock Faces Between 15, 30 Years In Prison

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Donna Brock, a co-defendant of Ronald and Misty Cummings, has pleaded guilty to a drug trafficking charge.

Brock, whose sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 1, faces between 15 and 30 years in prison.

Police said surveillance video showed Brock involved in the drug trafficking.

Brock is a friend of Misty Cummings, the last person to see missing 6-year-old Haleigh Cummings in February 2009.

Ronald and Misty Cummings and Hank Croslin Jr., Misty's brother, are all being held on drug charges unrelated to the Haleigh case.

Investigators have said Haleigh is most likely dead, making it a homicide investigation.

This is another fiasco and a sham of the law... Donna (who apparently prolly has social probs) is not a candidate to take up a 15 yr spot of chez prison..

I have no doubt in my mind that thei woman is fried... she got involved in a sting operation where we saw had no biz and no expertise and clearly lost control and even got into aroad rage incident...

SHe is nuts and imo baked, however she needs social help...

I pray that she gets the right help and not just a prison senntence which of course only takes up a spot of a wud be violent offender...she needs the couch!!

This woman snapped somewhere along the way! I encounter many drug offenders and other felons in my line of work, these types of sentences are unheard of.

I had originally held out hope at the beginning of these charges...

I hoped that when the public heard about the potential sentences, that they wud take a stand and show a huge adverse response....

That didnt happen.. it seems that any media reporting doesnt take a stand, and the readers are for the most part happy.....

As long as the state/county doesnt receive any grief over this, nothing will change... As long as they are supported, theses sentences will be issued...I find it unbelieveable that for the majority, ppl are condoning the states/LE actions...

More ppl need to look at the big picture and pull out any support and get this crime solved and stop enabling PCSO from sluffing off, and wasting cells for ppl who were set up for this in the fisrt place...who are more than likely innocent of any involvement in Haleighs disappearance..
