Simon says..

“they need to look at cousin Joe”, we have heard this so many times it is a joke".

Im not sure of the context??? Is Simon saying it is a joke to consider cousin Joe, or is he saying that it is a joke to think that NG is sincere in thinking cousin Joe should be looked at?

Since day one of this investigation, we have known that this cousin had come to town 2 wks prior to the disappearance we have also heard from Misty and anyone who knows Joe, that he is crazy and has a long criminal record and is a drug addict.

We also heard that he was out in the eve of Feb 9 and poss early in the wee hours of Frb 10... We heard how is habits were all out of whack.. We heard how he wasnt in the bed thaT he should have been at, and that he slept in his clothes, and that the van in whcih was at the house he stayed at, was moved, and the keys were in a different place, and that the van had a big scratch and debris in the headlight casing...

Most alarming is that he left town the morning of Feb 10, 09 when all this was going down.

Knowing about the fight he and Ron had over the gun woulod say that he may have had motive for retalliation... We also heard he was a RSO, and that he had been in the house.. This wud mean he wud have known the house as well as knowing Misty and Rons schedule... He wud have known Ron wud be at wrok that evening and we know too that he wud have lied to LE about Tommy going to the house that night.. It is alleged that they were together..
If it took Tommy 8 months to fess up to being at the house where we now know he lied, it wud be a safe assumption to know that Joe knew this too and didnt share this when he was interviewd by LE in Feb... It is said that LE have interviewd him several times...

I personally cant understand why he is not being looked at as a POI.... If anything this is the guy so far we we cud see motive, means and the personality of someone who cud so such a thing... Even his own family (other than Misty) have shared their suspicions of him...

I think Simon should write about this guy! He certainly needs more attention. As usual, all the attention is spent on Misty where it seems more clear that she hasnt got a clue..

AJ, my feelings exactly. I have felt this way about cousin Joe all along. IMO, he was dismissed too quickly. His activity that night is very suspicious.

And whats more appauling is that the like of the media really missed the boat on this one... We knew about Joe early on, yet the media wanted another KC story so they twiested, embellished and created BS to help create an angry society..

Sales and viewers facilitated the media to continuie writing about Misty so to make lots of money off this tragic case by gaining ppls attention and making another KC story, after KCs was dying down.....

The media had the same info we did yet chose to write where the money is ..on Misty..
I went bak to the beginning of the reports and see very small articles about cousin Joe... the facts about him are written about him in a small way and are seen in articles with Misty headlines where they were easily missied... The facts are masked by headlines that tell us of her inconsistencies...

Shame on the media !!!!!

This above article is a good example of my point... This article above throws in Joes name and makes the context look as though one may queestion if Joe should be considered. It was a perfect oppurtunity for a writer to add what he knows about Joe that has been aleged from the start... Instead he puts his name in one small sentence where you cant even tell what the writer means.... Shoddy ..many are to blame including NG.. She needed to have a new story on her show everyday as KC was behind bars and there want much to reprot.. As far as I am concerned NG out right used Misty by making her the villain for money purposes.. It was clear in NG's first few shows how she even admitted that the articulation cud have been genuine.. Instead she chose to start reporting her as a liar and a girl with inconsistencies.. I actually think she did it on purpise for money.. She justified in her head that it was ok to do ... She knew Joe should have had the focus or at least some... Just like when Tommy confessed to have lied about being there.. All the articles skirted over that fact and went right to saying there is now a witness to say she wasnt home....

Lets face it.. the public was still reeling after KC, and the media saw how ppl became so involved by the sales of their articles...

They new going after Misty wud create more hype than going after the most logical villain... A crazy 20 yr old cousin......

Sick!! Just sick...

I am starting to notice more ppl questioning the likeliness that Misty has lied.. I am personally happy with that as so far I have felt that she may be a victim in this whole awful ordeal....while the perp walks free..
I believe it was on account of the tapes that are making ppl question the possibility that Misty cud have known something and not cracked before now...

Its sad that so much time has elapsed and makes me wonder if any evidence to have pinpointed the perp, has faded away..... I still pray for Justice for Haleigh ..

I agree...He sure left town mighty quickly...Maybe, he's the key to this mess...
