Oh, ok. Thanks Snaz. I was wondering if there was something that came out and I was missing it, big time. I was just re reading RM's interview and was wondering, is this all we have from him? Seems there would be more to this interview or another one completely. If not, they (LE) sure didn't ask him much. Makes me think again, there is soooo much more we haven't seen as far as evidence. And I think much more in terms of interviews.

Tracey,Iam with you....surely LE has asked RM if Caylee has worn this shirt often or if KC had just bought it.I need to go read his interview....sounds like there's not much in it though.Seems like there's alot of questions for LE to ask him (about that shirt,his apartment,the pictures...etc.)

It's OK, Julie, you don't need to... I actually have been following the doors theories and I understand what you are saying. As I said, I'm not saying I'm buying the theory.... just throwing it out for discussion. It seems to be a BIG topic all over the internet.

But I will state for the record one more time... JT is on the State's witness list for SOME reason... I'm sure LE wouldn't just take JT's word for things... I'm sure they've done their homework. I guess we will have to wait until trial to see how it all plays out.

In advance, I want to apologize for the multiple posts all the way through this thread. I am thinking/writing my thoughts on what I am reading as I go through. Seems I missed the boat on this one early. But now I am totally intrigued.
As for James Thompson, I'm not sure he actually saw KC and Caylee THAT day. However, I do believe he TRULY believes what he is saying. I don't think he is lying or trying to get anything out of this. I can tell you, I know I have been totally convinced I know something for fact, but in the end, it has turned out I was mistaken. So, that could be it with him.

I know the state has put him on the witness list. However, I'm not sure if I think they will use him. Maybe they did this only as an "If we do" type of scenario. I found this video with Bob Kealing and got the feeling he felt the state wasn't really putting much stock into this sighting. http://www.wesh.com/video/21209605/index.html But as you said Snaz, we will have to wait until trial, to see how the state feels this fits in with their case.

Tracey, since RM's interview was on November 4, 2008, I would bet that LE has spoken with him again to obtain more information from him as they, themselves, have learned more. Especially after Caylee's remains were found in December.

But I definitely agree, the State has much more to seal KC's fate then we currently are privy to.

Julie, thanks so much. Actually as I was saving this link, I realized I already had it saved... it just apparently isn't one of the places I've been getting my info... I should keep a closer eye on it. I have SO much saved on my computer that some of the earlier places tend to fall by the wayside.

Apparently RM was interviewed also on July 25, 2008, and this is what he had to say regarding the bruise under Caylee's eye and how she got it.

4 EE: Okay. Uhm, regarding the photograph of the child with the bruise underneath the
5 eye, you said that that occurred around January 23rd this year?
6 RM: Yes. I was, I was there when she actually hit the table that bruised her eye.
7 EE: You witnessed that?
8 RM: Yes.
9 EE: And that you know that that photograph now that's in the news is...
10 RM: Yeah (affirmative), I know...
11 EE: ...in your apartment?
12 RM: The, that, when she hurt her eye was in out apartment. It was an accident. She

The guitar in this pic is apparently a Rock Band guitar. This particular model was released on 4/9/08. So this pic had to have been taken after that date. Just thought you might like to know since we discussed it earlier.

Snaz, thanks for posting this. I thought I remembered a conversation with RM and LE about the bruise. I'll have to go read the whole thing and refresh my memory on this. But I was wondering, do you know off hand, what particular photo they are talking about? It obviously can't be the ones we are all discussing because we know KC didn't take those. I seem to faintly recall another picture of Caylee with this bruise on her eye. So, I'm thinking if we can find that picture, we will have another picture that is close in time to the one with with her on the couch and the reaching one. Maybe this can give us more info on the time period this was. If RM says the one he is talking about is January and these two we have been looking at, have Caylee still with the bruise and it looking pretty much the same, we can say these 2 photos were in January sometime. Well, that is, IF, RM, is recalling correctly.
Did that make sense? LOL! I know what I'm trying to say but I don't know if I'm articulating it right on the page here.

I was going through all of my bookmarked pages that I have saved where I have read info on this case. I came across this interesting article. It is about an article, I guess, that's in the National Enquirer. I'm posting it only because it the two photos we've been discussing of Caylee and then a third with the bruise. Not sure where this one is from or even if it's a different one. It could be just a close up of the bruise. Not sure.

Here's another article from the Caylee Daily. I am posting this one because of the picture of Caylee at this article. Look at this picture. It sure looks to me like what George described Caylee as wearing the last time he had seen her. If anyone knows how to post this picture here, could you post this/ I don't know how to. I am computer tech challenged. But didn't George say a pink shirt with, what he thought, some flowers on it, jean skirt (??), and hair in a pony or pig tails? Can someone refresh my memory on this too? Anyway, this gave me the creeps. I don't recall seeing this picture. Not trying to throw a wrench into anything. It just seems this shirt more looks like what he said at the start of this than the shirt with lettering on it.

These clothes in this pic do seem similar to the clothes that GA says he last saw Caylee wearing... and he swears the "Big Trouble" shirt is not the shirt because he has never seen that one....

I think I have seen this picture, but I have seen SOOO many different pictures of Caylee, I can't be sure. I think I have seen more pictures of Caylee than I have of my own kids when they were that age.....(kidding!)

I actually think I know the picture RM is speaking about... KC is holding Caylee in what appears to be the living room of his apartment, and that may be the picture they are referencing in the above conversation. I will see if I can find it. I've actually already been looking for it, so hopefully I will chance upon it soon. IIRC, Caylee is wearing a striped shirt... like pink and blue horizontal stripes. And KC is wearing her usual "picture pose" smile......LOL

These are actually the pics I was referring to... at least the top small one was taken in Ricardo's apartment, also, but I don't see the bruise... unless it was photoshopped out. I might have them confused in my mind with another pic... one where I thought you could very clearly see the boo-boo under her eye....
