Other than that there will be almost 2,000 pages of discovery, the only other thing I really understand from the Notice is that apparently there will be more photographs... of what, I don't know. And some kind of DNA analysis.....

Can anyone else interpret any of it?

Looks like a lot of scientific data with DNA and Lab results, that's about all I would be able to interpret. I'm anxious to see them......it will be a mountain of reading material, for sure.

OK.... I think I may have an idea what some of the discovery released might be:

1 CD-R Chemictry Unit, Quality Systems Documents
1 CD-R DNA Analysis Unit 2, Quality Systems Documents

I think JB and crew are planning to go after the reliability of the FBI lab testing..... looks to me like they are going to try to muddy the water and say procedures and protocols were not followed within the lab by its employees..... My guess is that is what the Quality Systems Documents for both the Chemistry Unit and the DNA Analysis Unit are probably all about.

IIRC, the defense has previously requested qualifications and work history on at least some of the employees there.

In other words, they got NOTHING to prove KC didn't do it..... you know, that evidence they said would be clear to us at trial.....so they will try to muddy up what the prosecution has.....

I think you are probably 100% on target with what Baez and co are going to try and do with the forensics and the lab.

However, that will be a HUGE mistake. I remember Scott Peterson's lawyer made big promises at the start of his trial too. And he never followed through. When I read the juror's book after, they all said they kept waiting for the big reveal. Only to never get it. Just as will happen with Baez and Co. The jury will want to hear WHY she never reported her own daughter missing in the first place and HOW, just HOW she could go 31 days without a word to ANYONE! And the defense will NEVER be able to explain that, EVER!

I wonder if 7 & 8 are Tony R's, the cop that got fired for lying about knowing Casey, maybe they are his interview. It says TONR, probably no bombshells in his statement other than he was ashamed to know her. lol

OK...so the defense got the docs...When will they be published, or did I miss them somewhere???
