Estee- not being an 'entrapaneur' myself........ I do believe that autoeroticism (or, more commonly known as autoasphyxia- that's right- asphyxia!) has to do with starving your system of oxygen for as extended a period of time as you can (without killing yourself like David Carradine did)- thus maximally heightening the sexual gratification/pleasure of climax once the oxygen is restored and rushes into your blood again. Hope that wasn't too graphic. kh
