Body Language Which Will Not Endear Casey Anthony to A Jury in Her Upcoming Check Fraud Trial Or In her Murder Trial

Casey Anthony’s criminal trial for 13 check fraud counts will be on Jan. 25 where she will be having to defend against felony from allegations she ripped off hundreds of dollars from her former friend Amy Huizenga, going on several shopping sprees while daughter, Caylee, went missing. There are body language behaviors that Casey has exhibited thus far in the courtroom that have turned people off.

If she continues to exhibit them during her trials, no matter what her team of lawyers say to defend her, their words will fall on deaf ears. Here are some of Casey’s body language turn off’s which we have seen during her various courtroom appearances. They speak volumes about her.

You're right, AJ, and another example was this last hearing when she was so obviously furious at being busted about what she did to her daughter... then JB leaned over and said something to her..... and only moments later, she tried to muster up some tears for the camera.

Can't wait to see how she behaves at trial. She may start out trying to behave in a certain manner (the way she will have been coached to behave), but I think since the trial will probably last several weeks, she won't be able to help herself..... her true self will shine through.

Casey's body language is going to hurt her big time. Most people here who were watching the last hearing and participating in the live discussion noticed the fake crying right away. Baez is probably going to file a motion that asks that jurors not be allowed to look at Casey or take her body language into account.

Watching Casey Anthony’s attorney, Andrea Lyons’ body language and listening to her vocal tones, gives further credence “the body doesn’t lie and neither does the voice!”

Both her body language and her vocal tones are quite telling, as you will clearly see in this blog entry.I am going to show something about Andrea Lyon’s body language during her Today Show interview which may prove harmful to the defense.

But first , I must say something about why she may have appeared on the Today show. While I am all for book promotion and letting people know about your products, I think that Andrea Lyons, lead attorney for Casey Anthony, showing up on the Today Show to hawk her book just weeks before her death penalty client will go on trial for a criminal case, is not right. In fact it really rubbed me the wrong way. Timing is everything and this was definitely the wrong time in my opinion.

Meter Reader’s Ex Wife, Jill Kerley, Shows Signals of Deception When Discussing Roy Kronk Possibly Murdering Caylee Anthony

CINDY ANTHONY’S CLAIM THAT ALL THE EVIDENCE WAS NOT INVESTIGATED

When Cindy Anthony recently said on the Today show that “they did not investigate all the evidence in the case,: I assumed she was no doubt, referring to Roy Kronk, the meter reader who discovered the body of her granddaughter Caylee Anthony.

Then, I received emails from several of my wonderful and loyal readers asking to me analyze the body language of Roy Kronk’s ex wife, Jill Kerley, who stated that ” he probably was the one who killed Caylee Anthony.”

Before I share my thoughts and observations, I want to say that as soon as Roy Kronk came forward and appeared publically, I scrutinized his body language and communication patterns. I I did not find any “tells” indicated deception or that he was not telling the truth.

He appeared direct and forthright in his body language as there was a fluidity in his movements with no hesitation in his voice. What he said matched how he moved and comported himself. He appeared genuine to me as he discussed his finding Caylee’s body.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THE BODY WAS FOUND!

Having said that, I will say that there are indeed some unanswered questions as to how he discovered the body, as Kronk called 911 three times, saying he saw something suspicious in the woods off Suburban Drive.

It makes me wonder if

a. he didn’t possibly know someone who may have overheard Casey talking about where she put the body.

b.Perhaps he played detective on his own and went into the woods with the intention of discovering the body, or

c. what seems to me to be the most likely scenario, was that maybe he had to relieve himself and went into the woods and found a body there. But the bottom line is that he did find the body! If he had something to do with Caylee;s murder, chances are he would NOT have wanted the bOdy to be found!

ALLEGED BODY LANGUAGE WHEN CASEY FIRST HEARD CAYLEE’S BODY WAS FOUND

The other thing that points fingers to Casey rather than to Kronk was how Casey allegedly reacted when she was sitting in the infirmary and heard on television that Caylee’s body had been found.

According to those who witnessed her reaction, she apparently doubled over as though she had cramps. She was BUSTED and she knew it, so her autonomic nervous system took over! Apparently she wasn’t upset that her daughter was dead, she was upset that she got caught.

TESTIMONY FROM ANY “EX”

If any of us were asked about an “ex” boyfriend, girlfriend, or spouse who did us wrong, most of us definitely would not have anything nice to say about them as we would recall every flaw they possibly had. Likewise, if the relationship ended badly, they may not have anything positive to say about us. So from that standpoint, analyzing what anyone says about an “ex,” one always has to be cautious.

That is why it is so important to look at body language and voice and speech patterns to see if indeed they match up. In Jill Kerley’s case they do not match up.

JILL KERLEY’S “TELLS’ OF DECEPTION

I initially looked at Jill Kerley’s tapes when they first became public back in September. In examining the tapes of Kronk’s ex wife, to whom he had been married to for only four months, I immediately observed a very bitter, angry and disgruntled appearing woman, still bearing the scars from a no doubt, Toxic ex husband.

I later leaned that Ms. Kerely was suffering from teminal cancer. While I felt sorry for her and her having to deal with her condition, it had no effect on my analysis of her specific body language “tells” as they related to her ex husband.

“TELLS” INDICATED KERLEY MAY NOT BELIEVE HER OWN ACCUSATIONS TOWARDS KRONK

Some of these “tells” included a lot of looking away to the side, lip pursing, shoulder shrugs, and hyper articulated speech with too much pause time when asked pertinent questions, as well as closing her eyes (not wanting to see the truth) when asked when asked pertinent questions. All of this made me question whether Ms. Kerley was telling the truth about Ray Kronk and whether or not she really believed her very serious allegations she was making about him.

The two most important statements which she made clearly show the deception signals to me. This make me think that she most likely did not believe what she was saying about Kronk or that she was not telling the whole truth.



When she says “He duct taped my hands one time, “ she looks way off to the side so that you can see her sclera (the whites of her eyes) as she purses her lips (holding back). These are clear signals of deception.

Even if he did duct tape his ex wife’s hands, the person who duct taped Caylee didn’t duct tape her hands but rather he mouth and nose. Most killers don’t just use the same material, (duct tape) they often use the same ritual for their killing. So had Kerely said Kronk duct taped her mouth and nose, there might have been more cause for concern. But the fact that he used duct tape on he hands means nothing to me.

Then when she says” he probably was the one who had murdered Casey”, said in a halting hesitation in a slow hyper articulated speech pattern in contrast to a more rapid rate of speech pattern when she discussed other things , it spoke volumes to me. There was also a slight head movement as she spoke these words. It was a red flag that said that said to me that she was probably not telling the truth when she said that. She probably did not believe what she was saying about Roy at all. It seemed to be like her final attempt to finally get back at him for all the grief he apparently caused her during their short but tumultuous Toxic relationship.

After hearing her say these words, it seemed like an obvious attempt by Casey’s legal team to involve Kerley ( a sympathetic cancer suffering woman who is in essence making a deathbed confession) so they could point a finger at Kronk and deflect attention away from Casey and create reasonable doubt.

CASEY’S ATTORNEY LINDA KENNY BADEN’S BODY LANGUAGE INDCATED SHE DIDN’T REALLY SEEM TO BUY KERLEY’S STATEMENTS

When I heard veteran attorney, Linda Kenny Baden a member of Casey’s defense team referring to Kerely’s
accusations about Roy Kronk on the Today Show, I observed via her body language and verbal ”tells” that even she, didn’t believe what Ms. Kerely was saying.

While the attorney said the right words in her attempt to defend Casey, her body language screamed that she was clearly not buying it. Her lip licks, eye gaze, lack of hand movement, shoulder shrugs and numerous other “tells” while making pertinent statements said it all.

Once again, it validated my thoughts that Jose Baez’s team was really doing whatever they could to cast reasonable doubt . But it wasn’t working- at least from my standpoint.

BRINGING IN YET ANOTHER “EX” WIFE OF KRONK’s TO CAST REASONABLE DOUBT.



To further insure their position in casting reasonable doubt and taking the attention off of Casey, the defense team interviewed yet another ex spouse of Roy Kronk’s- Crystal Sparks. During her interview, Sparks also spoke about alleged abuse from Kronk and his “laziness.”

She also said “He made threats. He made constant threats against me,” “It was not uncommon for him to say ‘I should have killed you when I had the chance.’ I heard that all the time.”

Once again, just because one threatens a spouse in the heat of anger, does not mean they would kill a child. While there is motive in killing the spouse- enough anger at what went on in the relationship to destroy the spouse, that wouldn’t necessarily translate into motive for killing an innocent little girl with whom he did not have a long term or intimate relationship.

Then Sparks said “Roy is not heard from. Roy is not seen. Roy is just non-existent in our lives, which is great for us.”

Then disgruntled ex, Crystal Sparks seems to contradict herself about Roy as she said that Kronk told her son two weeks before Thanksgiving, that he was going to be a hero and on TV. She reported that her son said “‘I know where Caylee is and I’m going to go get her,’

My question is that if he was so nonexistent in their lives, how did he suddenly become so existent two weeks before Thanksgiving ,all these years later. Besides, this is heresy. Crystal said her son said Kronk said this. I would like to hear this directly from the son’s mouth as I watch his body language before I would believe this allegation.

Then Sparks made the allegation that he was inappropriate with young girls. There is even an interview the defense made with the daughter of Sparks who claims Kronk was inappropriate with her when she was a young girl as he watched her dress etc. To that I say, even if he was inappropriate with young girls, that is quite a leap from oogling them or leering at them to creating violence with them- duct taping their mouths and killing them.

No doubt, this is yet another attempt on the defenses part to make Kronk look bad in the court of public opinion and in the eyes of a jury to take the oneness off of Casey and point the finger at Kronk, thereby creating reasonable doubt.

So what if Kronk is lazy and has a drinking problem, is an absentee father, was inappropriate with young girls, and has had a history of abusing women- especially ex wives. That doesn’t necessarily translate into a history of abusing and killing children. He may have issues with grown women and not little girls.

ALL FINGERS POINT BACK TO CASEY

No matter what one says about Roy Kronk and any circumstantial evidence there may be, to me all fingers point back to Casey. After all:
a. Casey was the mother of the child who did NOT report her child missing for 31 days
b. Casey lead law enforcement on a wild goose chase
c. Casey lied about her work
d.Casey was out partying while her daughter was missing
e. Casey has yet to identify or find Zanny the Nanny
Even if she and her defense team stick to the cockamamie story that Zaniada Gonzalez threatened her if she talked to police and that is why she didn’t report Cayle missing, who is Zanny the Nanny and why hasn’t she been found yet? And finally,
f. Casey’s circumstances in which she took Caylee out of the home after having a fight with Cindy.

This fight, I might add may be the reason why Cindy is so intent on defending Caylee. It may be due to her guilt at throwing Casey out of the house for her bad behavior and Casey taking Caylee with her and no doubt killing her to get back at Cindy. That seems like a motive to me. It also seems like motive to bounty hunter Leonard Padilla who initially bailed Casey out of jail and who also saw the whole family up close and personal.

It is clear to me that Kronk is being made the escape goat for the Casey Anthony defense team. From witness, he has now become a victim in this whole tragic mess.

The bottom line is that he found the remains and thankfully the judge will not allow Baez and his legal cohorts to bring in Kronk’s past, point the finger at him and put him on trial when all fingers needs to be pointed at the real culprit- Casey Anthony.

CINDY AND GEORGE ANTHONY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO KRONK FOR ALLOWING THEM TO HAVE CLOSURE REGARDING CAYLEE

Instead of pointing the finger and questioning Kronk, Cindy and George Anthony need to be grateful to him for finding he remains of their beloved granddaughter.

In doing so, Konk has allowed them to have the closure they desperately needed so that they could know their granddaughter was no longer alive and so that they could bury her and grieve her properly.

Cindy, the most vocal of the two needs to put her focus on the “real killer” and not pull at straws. As egregious as it is to her, Cindy needs to come to grips that the “real killer” may no doubt be her own daughter.

She needs to deal with her own guilt in terms of what she has allowed Casey to get away with all these years and her own guilt on the night she threw Casey out of the house which precipitated all of this. She needs to know that it was not her fault what Casey did after she was kicked out of the house.



As much as I have found Cindy’s behavior to be obnoxious in the past, I do understand that it no doubt comes from guilt and fear. I only hope for her sake that as this trial progresses, she is under the care of a licensed psychotherapist who can help guide her through the emotional roller coaster that is yet to come.

CASEY’S ENTRANCE

Casey Anthony entered the courtroom with a nauseating smirk. The smirk and smile did not leave this sociopath’s face as she looked “excited” to have all the attention focus on her. She was wide-eyed and consistently maintained her smile, as she finally said to Andrea Lyons “I’m excited.”

Even though the sound wasn’t up for anyone to hear, my Utley lip-reading skills that I learned about as an undergraduate speech pathology major, back in the day, stood me well.

I was able to read Casey’s lips as she mouthed those words, as she smiled all the while. At first, I didn’t believe that I actually read those words on her lips, so I rewound the video. Low and behold, my eyes were not playing tricks on me after all. She definitely spoke those words. I was even more nauseated and disgusted by Casey Anthony then ever before.

EXCITED ???????EXCITED ABOUT WHAT???

Was Casey EXCITED by the fact :

1. that she stole money from her best friend and ran up her bills and was now on trial for doing that ?

that she is now a full fledged felon????

that she is the center of attention?

that she had some lines to memorize, courtesy of “screenwriters” Andrea Lyon and Jose Baez and didn’t want to flub those well rehearsed lines during her verbal acting debut in court.

that she had her lines down pat and was excited to recite them in court???

All of the above ???

VOCAL “TELL”S OF DECEPTION

When anyone is not being forthright or sincere, you can hear it in their voice.

One of the main “tells” is that pitch of their voice raised, It goes up an octave or two like you just heard in this video when Casey spoke.

Her high-pitched voice was a far “cry” (we’ll get to the crying bit in a moment)) from the lower tones we all heard while she was sending officers on that infamous wild goose chase and when she was telling them about the fictious” Zanny the Nanny.”

Next, when someone is not being sincere or forthright, you hear the voice closing off and cracking. It is the vocal muscles way of shutting itself off from the obvious lie.

THE BODY’S GIVEAWAY COMPLETE WITH UNCONTROLLED HEAD JERK AND GULP


In Casey’s case, you even see this visually. As she speaks a few words, out of the blue, her head jerks itself back.

In essence it is her body’s visceral reaction to her lies and rehearsed lines and insincerity. You even see her gulp. Her vocal muscles are betraying her and staring to close off as she recites her ”bullshit” (sorry, if I offended anyone by saying “bullshit” but that is the only word that best describes what was going on here.)

When she says “I take full and complete responsibility” with her raised eyebrows it is a clear signal of deception and a clear indication that she is saying something she does not believe at all.



When Casey says “I’d like to sincerely apologize to Amy, and wipes away a non tear on her cheek you can see right then and there it is a fake apology. There was no tear so why was she flicking away a tear before one emerge?

It was because of what came next. Her following rehearsed line was “I wish I would have been a better friend.” Puhleeeeeeez. Then we see more fake non tears and the book hooing it. The cracking of the voice when she says this shows how the body is closing off as it doesn’t want to speak those lying words.

Casey was only a friend to Casey. Casey only thought about Casey. The only friend Casey could have is a friend she could use, manipulate and of whom she could take complete advantage.

One more thing, you see a lot of upper chest breathing in this non apology Casey made This is the body working overtime and trying to oxygenate itself. She is” excited” at having to perform and this is her body’s way of trying to maintain a homeostatic balance in the body. It is also an indication that she was clearly not being sincere in what she was saying.

INSINCERE TONE AND FACIAL TELLS

There was no sincerity to her apology as indicated by her voice tone. It sounded like she was asking a question with her upward inflection. Her raised eyebrows indicated that it was new information that her body was processing.

It was foreign to her system and as a result her body language reacted in a questioning manner, complete with raised eyebrows and upward inflection. Her body and her system was not used to this foreign experience of apologizing or taking responsibility for anything. This was no doubt the first time she ever did anything like that and it clearly showed in her body language.

JOSE BAEZ LOOKS ON LIKE A PROUD PAPPA AS HE MAKES SURE SHE DOESN’T FLUB HER LINES

As Casey was reciting her lines of bullshit, Jose Baez’s eyes did not leave Casey’s face. He looked like a proud papa at a grade school play, making sure that his kid didn’t flub her lines. Casey may have memorized her lines and not flubbed them verbally, but she sure flubbed them vocally and body language wise.

LIP PURSING AT THE END OF HER BS REHEARSED SPEECH



Whenever you see someone purse their lips after they tell you something, they are usually lying. It’s the body’s way of closing off. That is what Casey did. She pursed her lips after her rehearsed lines.

CASEY’S “ SIX STEP BOO HOO RITIUAL” COMPLETE WITH NON TEARS, NON MUCOUS, FAKE AUDIBLE SNIFFLES, AND HAIR TOUCHING

If listening to Casey’s fake apology wasn’t bad enough, it was even worse having to endure looking at her obsessive ritualistic behavior in the courtroom with regard to her boo hooing it. Here is what she does:

1 She wipes away non tears either with her finger or with a kleenex

2. There is no facial distress often associated with tears.

3. Then she looks at her finger or her kleenex for non- liquid that comes out of her non- tears.

4. Then she sniffles audibly so that everyone can hear her.

5. Then she dabs the non- mucous and non- liquid from her nose where she makes her fake sniffle noises

6. Then she touches her hair, pats it or flips it.

She repeats this ritual ad nauseum.

JOSE IS SOOOO OVER CASEY’S FAKE TEARS HE IGNORES HER, BUT ANDREA PLAYS MAMMA HEN

As soon as Casey sat down after her rehearsed bullshit apology, Andrea Lyons acted like the mother hen as she put her arm around Casey. Casey ignored Andrea’s nurturing and maternal attempts as Casey began her Six Step Boo Hoo Ritual complete with non tear wiping and tissue examining.


My Utley Lip Reading Skills were used once again as Andrea mouths the words to Casey asking her is she was OK? Casey ignores Andrea and continues her ritual, Andrea asks her again and Casey is way too busy with her ritual to answer. She finally nods her head as if to indicate she is OK after her rehearsed “apology” debut.

Casey’s non- answer speaks volumes. It shows how very much into herself she is and how self- absorbed she is.



Meanwhile Jose could care less. He’s seen it all before. He’s heard it all before. He’s hip to the fake tears and fake sniffles. He doesn’t even look at her.

At first he used to be very attentive to Casey—maybe too attentive! Now he would never think of comforting her let alone touching her. That’s the last think he needs to deal with in regard to this Casey Case.



There was a point where Jose has his hand on his forehead as if to nonverbally say” how did I get myself into this mess representing this sociopath next to me with her fake tears. I wish she’d stop already. I told her to show some emotion but this is ridiculous already!”

Then Jose’s hand leaves his forehead and his hands now appear on his desk in a lawyerly stance. He back to the reality of defending this miscreant and probably thinking “What the heck, it’s been good PR for my career. I’ve got to do everything possible to defend her because everyone in the world is watching me”

CASEY’S ICE FACE



Halfway through the tape around 13.00 you see the real Casey Anthony up close and personal. You see what I call her ICE FACE. There is no reaction. It is scary to look at. It is devoid of emotion. It is for lack of a better word”creepy.” Her ice face reflects what is really going on inside of her- nothing!

There is no reaction except for some grooming behaviors where she pats her hair or straightens her collar.These grooming behaviors reflect her narcissism and wanting to look good to others- something sociopaths often do.

CINDY ANYTHONY’S TEAR WIPING AND LOOKING AT HER OWN HANKIE

The apple does not fall from the tree. Cindy Anthony does the same thing Casey does, except her tears are probably a bit more real than Casey’s. They may be tears of guilt for letting her sociopathic daughter run her all these years and stear from her and her own mother (Casey’s grandmother) not putting a stop to Casey’s aberrant behaviors.

They may be tears of reality that her daughter is now a convicted felon and that this little court date will be a piece of cake compared with what is in store in the murder trial.

The bottom line is that no matter what kind of tears Cindy had, she too examined them just like Casey does.

GEORGE DOESN’T RESPOND TO CINDY’S I LOVE YOU” IN THE COURTROOM

George looked like a miserable mess with puffy eyes so you know his tears were for real.

My Ultey Lipreading Skills came into use once again as Cindy as she mouthed the words to her husband George- “I love you.” He didn’t respond. He didn’t say I love you too or I love you back, He said nothing and looked ahead.

JOSE BAEZ’ BODY LANGUAGE LEAKED THAT HE DIDN’T BELIEVE CASEY WAS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER ACTIONS

Watching and hearing Casey speak and watching her fake boo hoos in the courtroom and her ritualistic behavior were both sickening and maddening.



It was maddening to see the obvious manipulation by the attorneys in making her apologize to Amy for not being a better friend. Puhleeze!

What was even more maddening was when Jose Baez (whom I must admit does look rather dapper and handsome and does try to maintain his professional composure through his well spoken sonorous voice) spoke to reporters outside the courtroom. He continued his manipulation as the cameras were pointed at him. But no matter how clever or convincing he thought he was being, he clearly leaked out his true thoughts and feelings the end.

As his final words said that Casey’s apology showed that she was taking responsibility for her actions, his head shook ‘NO” when it should have been nodding “YES ” in the affirmative. So Jose’s body language betrayed him. It revealed that he knows very well that sociopaths NEVER take responsibility for their actions.

He knows very well that he put those words of apology in her mouth for her to regurgitate.

While Casey may have regurgitated his words, no matter how many times she rehearsed them, her body language and voice spoke the truth! Her apology was insincere and contrived!

Casey Anthony’s Voice and Speech Tells In and Out of the Courtroom- Vocal Frying and Lying

As someone who is engaged in doing vocal forensics for legal cases, I am always amazed at how much we can learn about a person based on the sound and tone of their voice, not to mention their speech patterns and its content.

When a person lies, the voice can give a lot away. Vocal tells are not always consistent in lying. Sometimes the pitch of a person’s voice may rise as it did last week, when Casey Anthony gave her lame apology in front of the courtroom.

Other times, the voice may sound lower because the vocal cords tend to close off and emit what is known as a “vocal fry” or a “glottal fry” which sounds like a creaking tone.

Since respiration is affected when someone lies, it is often difficult for liars to adequately coordinate their respiration with their phonation. The fry is also nature’s way of wanting to close off the vocal cords so the person won’t engage in lying. There is a lot of strain on the vocal muscles when the voice closes off, so you often hear Casey clear her throat. That is another tell to let you know what is taking place.

CASEY’S VOCAL FRYS ON HER INTERROGATION TAPES

If you go back and listen to Casey Anthony’s interrogation audiotapes, with Detective Uri Melich, you will hear Casey’s lower pitch and a lot of vocal frying and creaking tones. This was very evident when Detective Melich talks to Casey Anthony about when Caylee went missing, how she met Zenaida Gonzalez,what happened the day Caylee disappeared, who she talked to about Caylee missing, how she tried to find Zenaida. and why she did not alert them earlier.

All of that frying clearly means she is lying!

OTHER SPEECH PATTERN TELLS ON THE INTERROGATION TAPES

In listening to these interrogation tapes you will hear that Casey gives WAY TOO MUCH INFORMATION, and provides convoluted stories like she did about Zanida’s mother and how Zenaida changed her number so much. That is a HUGE tell that someone lies.

TOO MUCH PAUSE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTION Like when Melich asked her about Zanaida’s mother or asked her about the phone numbers of various people. The extended pause time was used for Casey to no doubt concoct her false stories.

MONOTONE and lack of inflection pattern in the voice is often a key to deception as is rapid fire answers to questions.

VOCAL TELLS IN THE COURTROOM

UPWARD INFLECTION

When someone uses upward inflection at the end of sentences, it sounds as though they are asking a question as opposed to making a statement. This upward inflection that Casey used in the courtroom last week, was in stark contrast to the downward frying inflection she used when she was interrogated.

What this means was that Casey was not being sincere and definite in her apology. Instead, it was tentative, phony, and insincere . It was tentative because Casey is no doubt, not used to asking for forgiveness or admitting fault for anything.

This is a young lady who has gotten away with everything her entire life. She was enabled as he family always seemed to look the other way and have their heads buried in the sand when it came to Casey. It sounded like she was asking a question with her upward inflection. Her raised eyebrows that went along with her tentative upward inflection reflected that what she was doing and saying in terms of apologizing it was new and foreign information that her body was processing.

THE RAISED PITCH LEVEL IN THE COURT

In the case of Casey Anthony, her higher pitched of her voice indicated a lot of tension in her vocal apparatus. When people are not being truthful or are insincere or nervous, we may oftentimes hear a sudden rise in pitch as we did with Casey. She knew deep down she didn’t believe those words one bit.

VOCAL FRYING IN THE COURT

There were many vocal frys and cracking of the voice as Casey spoke, indicating deception and insincerity. This was especially evident when she said how she wished she would have been a better friend to Amy.

If and when Casey does take the stand during her murder trial, it will be very interesting to read her vocal and speech tells. No doubt we will her more of the same patterns of deception that she exhibited when she a interrogated and when she was insincerely apologizing.

Casey Anthony’s” All Smiles” Body Language Shows She’s Feeling Confident With New Lawyer Cheney Mason on Team While Jose Baez ‘s Body Language Shows Some Distancing

Casey Anthony’s body language was all smiles as she walked into the courtroom and she continued to smile. You could tell she was pretty excited to be in the courtroom as she was taking a lot of deep upper chest breaths are indicative of excitement.

So why is this woman, who is going to be on trial for murdering her daughter smiling and breathing so heavily with excitement ? It is because she is feeling very confident now that a new attorney has been added to her defense team.

CASEY’S NEW ATTORNEY CHENEY MASON HAS BOOSTED HER EGO AND HOPES

Cheney Mason, a long-time Orlando defense attorney, has joined Casey’s defense team and told the court that he would defend Casey at no charge. He then made the following statement to WESH 2 News ,”This case is going to be fun to try, and we’ll walk out of here with Casey in arm.”

With that kind of rhetoric, he no doubt has boosted up his client Casey’s confidence and ego regarding the case, by assuring her that she will be able to walk out a free woman.

My view is that the only way Casey will walk out a free woman is in her dreams. Mr. Mason must think he is the fictions Perry Mason of the popular television series back in the day , who never lost a case.

Cheney Mason is no Perry Mason and he will definitely lose the case in my opinion. When Casey “walks out in arm” it will be on the arm of marshalls who will be escorting her to prison for life or do be executed for her crime.

CASEY RUBS HER HANDS TOGETHER WITH GLEE

Casey continued to smile her smug Cheshire cat grin as though she knows something no one else knows, as she rubbed the palms of her hands together rapidly. This is what one does when they are excited or they are anticipating something good to happen.Obviously she has bought into Mason’s false prophecy that she may soon soon be a free woman.

She is also no doubt happy and confident about the fact that they will find her to be indigent so she can get a free ride as she has done her entire life.

River Cruz Reaches Out to Dr. Lillian Glass To Thank Her For Exposing Her Credibility Through Voice and Body Language Analysis

WHY I AM SHARING THIS

I debated whether or not to release the information I am about to share with you in this blog. I decided to do so because I believe that it is essential that the public should know everything related to the Casey Anthony Case and anyone that has any association with it.

George Anthony’s alleged mistress, River Cruise called me up two days ago to thank me for writing the blog I did where I discussed how her body language and her voice and speech content appeared to credible to me.

Because I am not River Cruz’ licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or any one else’s for that matter, and have never met or treated River, I am not bound by any confidentiality. So there is no issue here.

But as a voice and body language expert and a media personality, I am bound by the truth. I have no special interest or agenda as to why I support her statement, other than to state that based on my years of experience as a body language , voice and speech analyst, it seems to me that she was and is telling the truth. The circumstances of how she revealed the information also adds to her credibility in my view. She didn’t seek it out. Instead, she was sought out by law enforcement, so she felt compelled to come forward with all that she allegedly knew.

I also wanted to let the public know about the devastating effects of what can happen when people are suddenly thrust into the limelight unprepared and having to fend for themselves. Listening to and reading all of the hostile feedback can be devastating as River discovered and wrote on her twitter page.

A PHONE CALL TO ME FROM RIVER CRUZ

Last Wednesday, I received a phone call in my Beverly Hills office from River Cruise. We spoke at length and she thanked me sincerely for being the only one in the media for coming to her defense in believing that she was telling the truth about George Anthony, who allegedly said to her that Caylee’s death was an” accident”.

A few days earlier, I had written a comprehensive blog based on River’s interview which she had done in the press. I stated that in my view, as a body language and communication expert, River was definitely telling the truth and was not lying when she discussed what George Anthony has told her.

In analyzing her interview, I saw no signals of deception. Furthermore, I saw a woman who was reluctant to come forward until she was forced to so by law enforcement. I saw a woman who did not welcome the media attention and who was not out to make a quick buck off of the Caylee Anthony tragedy. These factors also added to her credibility.

My phone conversation with River validated that she was indeed credible and had nothing to hide. I found her to be a very warm and sensitive person who was in a lot of pain over the public’s skepticism.

HOW THE MEDIA ATTENTION AFFECTED RIVER

During our conversation, River revealed how difficult all of this media attention has been for her in terms of no one believing her and the public’s being very harsh on her over the internet.

She even mentioned that people in her community were particularly mean to her and pointing the finger at her and how her child was even affected by all of this in school.

She felt embarrassed and ashamed that she every got involved with George and felt very bad about it.

RIVER NOT WANTING TO LIVE

She then mentioned to me that she didn’t want to live and began to cry. I told her that she had a lot to live for and that the truth would prevail. I also told her that she did a wonderful thing by coming forward because she presented information that may be very important in terms of seeking justice for Caylee.

I also told her that she had a lot to live for because of the people that loved her like her sister and her children and the rest of her family.

I asked her if I needed to call her sister and let her know she had these thoughts of not wanting to live she said no. I asked her if she had someone there so she wouldn’t be alone. I encouraged her to contact her sister.

I asked her if she was serious about not wanting to live and she assured me that she was not going to do anything to harm herself or to take her life. Based on the tone of her voice which she exhibited at that particular time, I believed that she did not appear to be in imminent danger at that moment.

She then shared how terribly difficult this has been with people making horrible comments about her over the internet and being so mean to her. She was upset that people accused her of lying when she was being honest.

I encouraged her to not take these comments to heart because these people didn’t know what they were talking about and that she knew the truth and that is all that counted.

ENCOURAGING RIVER TO GET PROFESSIONAL HELP

I then told her that she did not have to suffer through this alone and I strongly suggested that she see a professional – a therapist to help her during these very difficult emotional times.

She told me that she didn’t want to do so because the attorneys might use it against her to destroy her credibility.

I told her that she was more important than what any lawyer thought and that she must definitely get some help. I told her that she didn’t have to suffer in silence and that there were people who could give her some help and provide emotional relief.

I also asked her if there was a church nearby and she mentioned that there was one. I suggested that she contact the minister immediately as he could offer her some immediate emotional support. She said she would look into it.

To reassure her that she was not alone, I told her that appeared to me like a warm and wonderful person and had a lot to live for and encouraged her to not read these nasty internet comments from “haters” or take them to heart because they don’t know what they are talking about. After all, they didn’t know what she allegedly knew.

TALKING ABOUT GEORGE

River opened up to me about what she shared with the press and reiterated what George had told her about Caylee’s death being an”accident”. Apparently according to her , he knew Caylee was dead all the while. As she said this no me over the phone her voice sounded forthright and there were no signals of deception which I picked up.

I was livid when she told me this. I said to her “ If he knew Caylee was not alive all along, how dare him prey on the hearts of beautiful people out there who took their time and effort to go out and search for Caylee! He should be investigated and be held accountable for his actions if he did in fact know Caylee was alive all along!”

THE” ACCIDENT”

Maybe Casey told George it was an “accident” and George told River. Obviously George chose to believe his lying daughter. Perhaps the thought of George thinking it was an “accident” rather than Casey actually smothering her child to death and placing duct tape over her mouth and nose was easier visual for him to handle. So that is why he may have shared ridiculous “accident” story with River, in my view.

Maybe Casey held Caylee under the water in the pool for too long until she drowned. Or maybe she pushed Caylee in the pool and let her down or maybe she gave Caylee too much chloroform which put her to seep for good. In any of these scenarios, I personally fail to see any “accident.”

Perhaps convincing himself that it was an accident is George’s way of being able to live with himself and not seeing himself as some sort of freak who spawned a monster who killed his granddaughter on purpose. Since he was now in the arms of another woman, River, he wanted to look his best in her eyes.

So, he may have told her the “accident” story so that he could be viewed the “victim” who’s granddaughter who died in an “accident” as opposed to being murdered by his own daughter. Perhaps he thought that this scenario would make him seem more palatable to River Cruz.

Personally I don’t see that Caylee’s death accident. The fact that George could even think that what Casey did is an accident is completely distorted thinking in my view. No one puts duct tape over a baby’s nose and mouth and a little heart shaped sticker over it in an “accident”. But I do believe that this is what he told River –that Caylee’s death was an accident.

GERORGE’S PREVIOUS ACTIONS BEGINNING TO MAKE SENSE

To me, based on River’s comments about George , all of this now started seeming to make sense as to perhaps why George wasn’t out there “beating the bushes” and searching for Caylee like everyone else was. Most parents and grandparents would be the first ones out there searching and leaving no stone unturned.

It also started to make sense to me as to why perhaps Cindy was so awful to Tim Miller of Equisearch, who along with his army of volunteers tried his best to find Caylee and how Cindy essentially threw him out.

All of the contradictions and body language “ tells” that I observed over these years regarding George suddenly began to appear to make more sense to me in light of River’s allegation.

All of George’s overreacting and lunging towards someone in anger and wanting to hit them for merely asking George why he wasn’t searching for Caylee. Now it made sense to me why he possibly got so upset and shouted in anger that” Caylee was alive” when a protestor said Caylee was dead. Was George’s reaction like what Shakespeare referred to when he wrote in one of his plays “ me thinks thou dost protest too much”? Anyone who worked in law enforcement as George did early on would know that the longer a child is missing, the greater the possibility of their not being alive. Why would he get so upset by this reasonable comment?

CINDY’S SLIPS OF TELLING EARLY ON CAYLEE WAS NOT IN THE WOODS AND BACKTRACKING

Then River shared with me the fact that Cindy had a Freudian slip on camera on a news show where she spoke about Caylee being in the WOODS. River then emailed me the link to a video which documented this. This was at the time when the WOODS weren’t even a consideration because everyone was out searching for Caylee everywhere possible.

As I watched the video, in light of what River said about George and Cindy knowing what happened to Caylee , it appeared now make even more sense to me. There as Cindy talking about WOODS when people were just searching for Caylee and wondering where she was. Then Cindy backtracks with “uhms” and “like you know out there”.

Then I listened to the audio of Cindy leaving a massage to Sergeant Allen and saying how she was sure Casey got help ..Cindy’s voice sounded sure and definite. How could anyone in the early days of Caylee going missing sound so sure of anything, let alone getting help! Why was she so sure? Was she so sure because she may have possibly been the one helping Casey? Was she shop sure because it may have possibly been George or Lee that helped Casey? Why was her voice so definite sounding?

I raised these questions in my blog yesterday (Thursday) as I shared this new insight based on the link to the press interview that River sent me, which by the way she also said was on her twitter account as well.

RIVER GIVING GEORGE MONEY

As we continued to speak River shared how she gave George money because she felt sorry for him. This made me even sicker hearing about George. Based on how he came off vocally, speech wise and body language wise as Mr Victim, Nice Guy I Want to Be Liked on his Fox 35 interview, where he seemed to wan everyone to feel sorry for him and blamed the world, I could only imagine the sob stories he told River to get her to cough up the money. Now hearing it from River’s mouth, my thoughts of George being a TOXIC MAN are confirmed.

ZANNY THE NANNY RIGHT DOWN TO THE ASIAN TATTOO


We also discussed the fact that she looked so much like the fictious Zanny the Nanny character description that Cindy and George and Casey referred to . River agreed and even said that she had an Asian tattoo like the one they described.

We even talked about her hair and I told her that one time when I was on Nancy Grace’s show, Nancy was saying how Casey kept saying that Zanny had curly hair and then she had straight hair and how it was all confusing. Then River told me how she had curly hair but usually wore it straight.

I then mentioned how descriptive Cindy had been in her deposition and was so sure Zanny was a 10 as she cut down the woman named Zanaida Gonzalez and told her she was not a 10 like the real Zanny. I River asked if she had ever met Cindy and she did and that she knew Cindy .

Then I started feeling even more nauseated as all these thoughts raced through my mind. Everything now really seemed to make a lot more sense to me.

Since George and Cindy BOTH knew River, in my view, they both obviously used her as a visual for the prototype of the fictions Zanny the Nanny. That may have been why Cindy sounded so confident and didn’t skip a beat when she described Zanny to a tee and verbally beat up the innocent Zanaida Gonzalez telling her in such a condescending tone that she was definitely not a 10 like the real Zanny.
I told River that she did the right thing in telling all that she knew because it seemed to me in my opinion that she may have very well saved her own life, which she agreed.

FINAL WORDS

I assured River that she was not alone and there were people out there like me who did believe her and not to worry about the naysayers. I told her to stop reading the nasty comments over the internet . I also made her promise me that she would seek out some professional help and at the least call the minister. I told her that she was free to call me anytime.

POSTING OF MY BLOG AND POSTIVE COMMENTS

The next day, I posted my blog about looking at George and Cindy’s past behavior in light of what was revealed by River. The feedback I received from those who read my blog was extremely supportive of River.

MY REACHING OUT TO RIVER

Because I knew how upset River was by people’s negative comments, the day before, I called her up to reassure her and to give her some positive feedback. I wanted to let her know that there were people out there who were indeed supportive towards her. I wanted her to read some of the positive comments on my latest blog post so that she could feel reassured that she wasn’t alone.

RIVER’S SUICIDE ATTEMPT

But when I called, it wasn’t River who picked up the phone. It was Skye, her twin sister. I told Skye that I was Dr. Lillian Glass and that River had reached out to me the day before. I said that I was calling to let her know that I posted a blog where the comments about River were positive so she wouldn’t feel that the whole world was against her.

Skye informed me that it was too late because River was in the hospital and attempted suicide. I was absolutely shocked! I relayed my prayers to Skye to give to River and told her to tell River that there were a lot of people in her corner and to hang in there, which she appreciated. She said that she woulkd relay the message to River.

As soon as I got off the phone I received numerous emails from people who sent me River’s twitter message which said the following:

SUICIDE PACT!!!
I CANT TAKE THIS ANYMORE NOONE UNDERSTANDS WHAT ITS LIKE TO B CONSTENTLY CALLED A LIAR AND B TORN APART BY THE MEDIA
about 8 hours ago via web that whole family knew what happened with caylee~IM TIRED OF ALL THIS I NEVER WANTED AN OF THIS~~~SO NOW ITS TIME


Another person sent me the following messge

“ Dr.Glass you need to contact this woman personally ..she has said somethings regarding suicide..she seems to be exrtremely depressed about all the negative comments being said about her, and the shame she feels for getting involved with geo . I think river could benefit grealty from hearing from you”.

I was so upset the entire night that I could barely sleep. I wished River would have called me. I wished we would have spoken before she made a suicide attempt. Thank God the suicide attempt didn’t work.

THE NEXT DAY

I called River’s phone number the next day morning and her sister Skye answered. She told me that had has visited her sister in the hospital and said she may be released. I then relayed my prayers and good wishes to both Skye and to her sister River.

In addition I emailed River and wrote her what I initially wanted to share with her in the phone a day earlier. about how people were supportive of her and in her corner. In my email I encouraged her to hang in there and not pay attention to the negativity and to the haters out there.

MY PRAYERS AND SUPPORT FOR RIVER

River had nothing to gain by coming forth. In fact she chose to take this information to her grave. It was only when law enforcement contacted her that she reveal the information she was told by George.

She has not been gallivanting around in the press since she gave that initial interview, which is further indication that she isn’t out to make a quick buck off of Caylee’s death. After my conversation with her I found her to be a very lovely and sensitive woman and I am even more convinced that she was telling the truth.

I continue to pray for River. Maybe this suicide attempt is a blessing in disguise. Maybe it afforded her the help she desperately needed including possible medication to help her cope with this trying situation. www.drlillianglass.com
