I have thought all along that she was either traded, for a large sum of money owed for drugs or taken because of drug money owed. If you remember, towards the beginning, someone said that Ron tried to give them pills, or was drugged by Ron (something to that effect) After I heard that, yes, it was (and still is) my opinion that Ron owed big money or narked out someone and that's why HaLeigh is missing. I hope I'm wrong but that's my feeling on it. I think Ron may have narled on someone (that's how he got out of his past drug charges) and that someone either did or ordered, HaLeigh to be taken.

IMO TES WAS a good group at one time but Tim Miller sort of screwed himself with bad decision making.

No doubt about it...... Tim has had a bad year. kh

I would like to address some of the comments made by “so-called” experts about Texas EquuSearch in recent weeks. First of all, we have the most valuable members/volunteers of any organization in existence. Occasionally, we have had to do things which are not the “normal” for a search organization. Case in point, Misty Cummings – I made the decision to help Misty get away from a very volatile situation. She was in danger for her life, and I felt that if something happened to Misty, we would lose any chance of finding Haleigh. That is ALL this was about. So, I enlisted the help of one of our volunteers who had befriended Misty during our time in Satsuma, Donna Brock. Donna did a wonderful job in keeping Misty safe and, until the “road rage” incident, was doing so under the radar. This was not about media attention. Again, as I have said many times, I will use whatever resources that are at my disposal to find Haleigh.

At the time of this posting, I am on my way to another search. Before I go, I am on my way to deposit a small check I received from a construction job I did, into the Texas EquuSearch account so that we can help another family. (See copy below.)

We were able to help bring closure to another family yesterday with the help of some hard working Texas EquuSearch members, along with the help of the local community who so willingly helped us because of the work we have done and continue to do.

I would invite any person who sits, wearing a suit on television, to come and put your jeans and boots on and join us on a real search. I wonder who our “so-called experts” are.

I would like to quote Abraham Lincoln:

He had whackos on the Casey side (Joy Wray and that other wierdo).... and whackos on the Haleigh side of things. I think he was very invested- personally, emotionally, professionally and financially...... and got exactly POOP for his efforts. kh

I did hear on numerous occasions that Tim Miller had gone back to drinking. IF that is true, then I can see how his judgement would be clouded. It is widely known that Tim had a serious drinking problem after he lost his child. So, IMO (and definately NOT an excuse) I could see bad judgements being made by him, if he is back to drinking.

Truthfully, I sincerely hope Tim did not start drinking..... but not suprised if he did! I wish him well. kh

In a brief appearance this morning, St. Johns County Judge Charles Tinlin told Croslin that her she is facing 6 (six) counts of drug trafficking — 5 (five) from Putnam County and one in St. Johns — and that her bond was set at $950,000.

Tinlin asked whether she could afford an attorney, and she said she could and already had a lawyer.

A spokesman for the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office, said Misty and two other suspects — her brother, Hank "Tommy" Croslin Jr., 23, and Donna Michelle Brock, 44, of Orlando — were being held in St. Johns because a number of the alleged transactions took place here.

Cummings is in the Flagler County jail and another suspect, Hope A. Sykes, 18, of Satsuma, is being held in the Putnam County jail.

Cummings’ daughter, 6-year-old HaLeigh Cummings, was reported missing from his Satsuma home on Feb. 10. Croslin, his then live-in girlfriend--now ex-wife, told police she woke up in the night and the girl was missing.

Thanks for the link. I'll have to tune in and listen. I'd like to know what Misty had to say to Donna. However, I don't know that I'd believe much of it. I think Misty might just say things to her "new friend" to make the new friend curious or for whatever reason. Sort of like the VanderSloot video's, in the Natalee Halloway Case & the under cover reporter.

It sort of blows me away that NG isn't really saying a whole lot about Ronald but she sure is going for Misty's throat tonight. JMO

Miss Nancy has always been a fan of Ronald for some reason.

Wasn't Misty's Dad recently arrested for the doctor shopping of Oxy?

Was she peddling her Dad's stash and they were all cashing in?

I found it interesting that Misty already has a lawyer. Almost as if the lawyer was in the waiting....

I just hope that this helps, somehow, to find out what happened to HaLeigh.

I find it odd that when the judge asked Misty what she does to support herself she said "Nuthin." When pressed further she told the judge that her mom and dad support her. But her mom has been in jail for sometime now..... and her dad was arrested too, yes? kh
