I was too overjoyed to even listen to the time served and probation parts...

With Adjudication was all I wanted to hear...
My undersatnding is that adjudication was great for 2 reasons..

Not only will being a convicted felon help in the penalty phase, but more importantly what it will do for the murder triaL....

I understand that if she was convicted today WITHOUT adjudication, this crime spree wud not be allowed into court...in otherwords if she took the stand, no one cud question her as to why she was on video smiling when she was cashing checks, and buying beer and lingerie just days after her daughter went missing... I also believe the state may not have been able to use the videos and the recipts from the heists, in their time line.. I cud be wrong on the last part, but this is just great...

It seemed like KC and Baez were smirking when J.S and George were talking about the probation concern...
2 minutes later she was crying saying how she wished she cud have been a better friend... I wonder if she feels the same way about motherhood....

I was not home to watch it live but I have so enjoyed reading your posts. Your commentaries are right on and down right funny at times. You are all so good at it! I don't think I need to watch it for myself now. As always the people here at RC are awesome! Thanks!

Also...the interchange between CA and GA looked so staged... it seemed like CA saw the camera on her and imediately formed the idea to lean over to whisper sweet nothings to him... It looked like she had a look on gher face like ..oh heres my cue.....

It was all so phoney bah-loannee...lol

eva... did they actually SAY they had latent prints???

i dont know how on earth i could have missed that.. UNLESS it happened during the time i was doing my happy dance bounce

when the judge said adjudicated GUILTY...

and AJ... i SERIOUSLY doubt this girl will EVER take the stand... the defense knows that she is not a viable option to testify to her own defense.. she is NOT credible, nor believable.. and IF she were to get on the stand, the defense would open the door to questioning about the goose chase she took the detectives on... the 31 days of partying, zanny the nanny,(ect.) and there is NO WAY miss anthony could retain her cool, let alone make up something believable... the defense will NEVER put her on the stand, unless they know she is going to get the DP and have nothing to lose.. and even then, i dont see it happening, because anything she says can be used against her in appeals... leaving no room to change the story after the 1st one doesnt work..

I agree Randi... I doubt she wud take the stand, but then again her being so sure of her manipylation abilities..who really knows lol....

About the prints.. we know there are things that were sent to the lab that we know havnet been in the discovery yet.. I believe those are the latent prints that Baez may be referring to.. I believe the last discovery where we saw the FBI reports on the syringe, did not include the reeults of every item..I believe the the tape that was lying by the remains has not been bak with any report on their findings among several other things.. There is still hope yet.... The state says about 90 percent of the stuff is bak... 10 percent is huge ... there cud be tons of incriminating things in there... On account that the state says that is between the FBI and the defense is great news.. i find that promising as the state knows when they receive things, they have to turn it over.. nothing wrong wiotrh the state not having it so they cant turn it over...at least not so early....

so.. are they actually going to allow kronks ex wifey to slander him in court... about incidents that were never reported.. until now??

i heard them discussing the depo's, but i dont see how any of it is admissible...

I say if the defense wants the rest of the evidence let them scratch up their proof that KC didn't kill Caylee and present it to the State...Wasn't Big Mac supposed to do that a while back...or is it still yet to come????...Didn't they have 15 days to submit it???

Randi, the State had no objection to the deposition, but they are not waiving their right to object to it being used at trial.... I, personally, don't think either the depo or Jill Kerley, herself, will see the light of day at the trial.....
