I've enjoyed reading all the scenarios in this thread. It leads to some interesting discussion trying to figure out how the twisted mind of Casey Anthony works. I don't understand how anybody could kill that precious little girl. It's impossible to say exactly what did or didn't happen, but several of you have posted some very plausible theories. The devil is in the details considering that Caylee's official cause of death is listed as "homicide by undetermined means." That leaves the method in which she was killed very wide open and makes it almost impossible to say whose theories are right or wrong.

I think the cause of death will always remain a homicide by undetermined means for CayleeMarieAngelbabe.
Casey will never tell the "truth", she will keep that little secret to herself forever. If she cops a plea, she will claim it was an accident and that she panicked.

im with Dis on the 3 pieces of ductape.. it is what LE commonly refers to as "overkill" ... one piece, could be a staged kidnapping, but 3.. thats a little much.
