can someone tell me how they can afford to hire a lawyer, but not pay their bills for MONTHS??

maybe if they spent a little less time playing gparents of the year, and a little more time at least pretending to try and find a job, they wouldnt be in this situation...

dont you just hate it when the blood money runs out from your murdered grand baby, and that a hole at the bank still expects you to pay for that home you LIVE IN, oh, and mortgaged a time or two... man, the audacity of that bank... dont they know who they are dealing with???

They can afford to hire an attorney, BY not paying their bills for months.

I wish I could go for months and not pay my bills.

Meanwhile, the foreclosure case involving Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy, is headed toward mediation.

An Orange County judge signed paperwork Thursday, ordering the Anthony’s into mediation with Bank of America for their home on Hope Spring Drive.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony have worked out a deal to continue living in the home where their granddaughter Caylee lived, a family spokesperson told WESH 2 News.

Anthony family lawyer Brad Conway said the couple’s home is no longer in foreclosure.

Conway said the couple went into mediation and modified their loan.

George and Cindy Anthony, the parents of Casey Anthony, will remain in their home after modifying their loan and escaping foreclosure, WESH’s Bob Kealing reported at 6 tonight. Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Casey's Parents Save Home From Foreclosure

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's parents saved their home from foreclosure Wednesday and it only took them a few months to obtain the same loan modification that other homeowners have pursued for years.

The Anthonys’ attorney said he thinks it’s because both parties wanted to keep the case out of court; if it went to court, it would have created a media frenzy.

For the past couple of months, people who live near the Anthony family thought their neighbors were going to move, but last month a new deal was made and now the Anthonys are going to be able to keep their home. Bank of America modified their loan.
