you are absolutely RIGHT estee..
the defense is going to try and have this thrown out of evidence... they have MANY times referred to it as JUNK SCIENCE... but might i remind you, there was a first time for DNA to be admitted into evidence too.. and if the BF can show causative experimentation, and proven results done in a scientific manner, REPRODUCABLE results.. the defense is up the you know what creek!
I think this evidence will most definately be used at trial.. and it will be ANOTHER nail in KCs coffin.. bang bang..
