thanks, kh!

I watched the interview on trutv with mason....he actually said what they were looking for was someone else involved who put Caylee there after Sept 1! he actually said it didn't mean anyone else killed Caylee, just that someone else was involved! OMG!

I've thought that for quite some time, but mason said it! Who else do they think is involved? I'm saying George or Cindy! Or both!

I think they have enough fodder to go with that assumption....I don't see where the TES list is gonna help them...Surely if there was a TES searcher out there that had any info they would have come forward by now...The Duh-fence needs their eyes examined and their brains refurbished...

I think the duh-fense is just stalling and trying to put more doubt out there. They are looking for someone else to throw under the bus. Judge Strickland seemed quite agitated with Baez today, IMO. Mark Nejame did a smack down job on Baez, I like his style. Baez again appeared to be a fumbling, ill-prepared, whining idiot of an attorney.

They don't have to convince us of "DOUBT"...It's the JURY they should worry about...There's no doubt about WHO dunnit...at least not in my mind...Yes, I have prejudged..and I shouldn't do that...but we all have our opinions...If they think they have proof of someone else then let them save it for the trial...The prosecution is not gonna drop the charges and I think Baez & Co. know that...so all they can do is throw dirt in the puddle..

Like Mark Nejame said........."Come look at the records".
All Baez would have to do would be tag them all and they would receive them, correct? He was whining about not being able to take a pen and notepad, or get copies. It seems pretty simple to me if they really want to look at them, they are there for the defense to view. He just won't follow the rules.

Let's see what good judge Stan has to say...I have a feeling he said pleanty during that incamera conversation today...From the TRU TV interview with Baez and Mason, I couldn't tell if they were gonna go to Nejame's office anytime soon...I think they're waiting to hear from the judge again..

Just read Judge Strickland's decision on the duh-fense request to modify previous ruling on releasing of TES records....The Court stands behind it's previous decision...So Motion Denied...NO WAY JOSE!!!!
