IMO, I don't think Ron only thinks Misty is leaving something out. I think if he did think that he'd have yelled and screamed and tried to talk her through it until she remembered what she was leaving out, and he'd have doing that from the get-go and for days afterward. I mean time was of the essence in the beginning in case Haleigh even just went out by herself and was wandering lost somewhere that night, or some pervert had her and hadn't killed her yet- anything but already dead, you know? That's if he just thought she didn't remember something important.

The only innocent reason for Ron not interrogating the crap outa Misty, IMO, is if he honestly thought she had no idea what happened to Haleigh. OR, he didn't interrogate her because he already knew the answers and isn't a good actor so he didn't want to go there and pretend.

In doing some research today LottieM, I see something might turn the case around with what Misty has to say. Its what's up on the NG site for tonight. Can't wait to see.

Ron has admitted, out of his own mouth mind you, that he feels she's holding something back but he doesn't know what it could be. I would assume its a feeling Ron has. Even if Ron said to Misty " I feel your holding something back, and misty says, no.. I've told you all I know. It doesn't mean Ron believes her even though she continues to repeatedly say it. If that's what happened or not, just throwing it out there.

at least one things for sure, these people are being questioned and LE are not giving up until it solves the case. One way or the other, the truth will be told.

I see what your saying though about Ron trying to get it out of her. I wished I could think of a good example though. I mean, its not like ron is trying to get Misty to fess up to cheating.. although cheating is bad, there is nothing worse then the position Misty is in if in fact misty did leave that night. its obvious that Ron meant more to Misty then Haleigh did even if nothing ever happened to the little girl. Haleigh was not Misty's child and her love started out with Ron.

I wished I could have a better opened mind to the possibilities of it being anything other then Misty leaving and someone coming in to take Haleigh. Its what I felt the very first time the story aired. I felt misty was lying on her first television interview only because Misty's eyes kept turning away when she was being questioned. it made me feel like she didn't know what had happened and being I believed she didn't know, that's what got me to think she must have been out. the only reason I feel there is no way she was asleep, most likely because I've been burned in that area to where my own son's case is not solved. ( possible murder) to where the last person who saw him, claimed she was asleep and police didn't believe her. Maybe I am just stuck with that lie figuring its what everyone says. If misty didn't fail the poly graph test then her asleep theory should hold water somehow.

anyway, if she did leave that night, Misty no doubt felt she'd come home to two sleeping kids. which leads me to believe if thats what happened that Misty didn't have any time to really think of a quick enough story what took place and account for each hour leading up to her going to bed. To state she looked under the beds when the mattress's laid on the floor shows she didn't look under any beds. Misty threw that in there because she wasn't thinking and had to answer right on the spot. Marc class also lost his child due to someone coming in while they were sleeping and yet he and his wife passed a poly graph test. so what gives? ya know?

I think but only my opinion, if Misty witnessed someone such as Joe or anyone else harm or hurt Haleigh, I think Misty would be a) more of a mess then we have seen b) told police right away, c) left Ron and Satsuma all together. but it isn't the case with misty. she knows something she is not telling and she knows if Ron knew she left the trailer, she would never live that down.. again, I could be so far off in my entire thinking, but I don't think the girl is protecting herself for no reason. JMHO..
