I certainly hope the JAC attorney is there in person today.... testimony by phone hasn't been working out too well so far...

Baez called it the crime scene, then corrected himself and called it the recovery site........oops on him.

Who is Janine Barrett?

The judge is having to calculate hours for Baez....he can't even answer a simple question.

Hmm......I lost coverage.

I am loving Judge Perry. Again, Baez comes to court unprepared.

Did he just say 19 witnesses...did you see the look on the judges face..

Gonna recess for 15 min...I really like Judge Perry...He tells it like it is...Baez was beating around the bush as usual...getting in his "AIR TIME" and Judge Perry said he wasn't interested!!!!

I believe these breaks are now called "Bio-breaks"....

I'm definately loving this Judge! I bet Bozo & crew are kicking themselves in the ass for getting rid of Strickland. Hahaha.

I'm getting ready to go to the doctor but wanted to pop in & say hello (and add my 2 cents). I'm watching on TruTV until I leave (about 12)

I'm at work, so I'm in and out. I really love how he told Baez...."we will be going over the mitigation specialist's billing with a fine tooth comb" haha.......

To answer my own question, I guess Janine Barrett is the mitigation specialist that visits and has become close to Casey. She's also visited Anthony family members in Ohio and has become close to C&G as well. Baez stated she would be one of the most important witnesses for the defense. Why is that? Because they don't have any real friends or family that will speak positively of them on their behalf?

What's going on now, I'm not able to watch right now..

I don't know Piper. I'm "listening" more than watching. I'm getting ready for the doctors appointment. I am LOVING this Judge tho!

Sure looks like Judge Perry is gonna let Baez have his out of state experts but will only pay for one in each case and thats the one that will testify...to their expertise...
