i hate to be the one to point this out... okay, maybe i dont hate it THAT much... DRUG DEALERS BELONG IN JAIL.. that is what she did, and that is where she is... sounds pretty darn FAIR to me....

Does anyone know if Misty has legal counsel??? Doesn't she realize that she's there cause of the Drug Charges and not because of Haleigh??? Of course we all know this was set up as a guise to get her to talk about the Haleigh fiasco...It really is a shame that she got mixed up with the wrong people and too bad that she was unable to complete school...Although she is an underdog I can't help but feel sorry for her...She "seems" fragile and helpless...and now she is hopeless...I hope she sees the error of her ways and can overcome all the adversity in her life...She was just looking for love in all the wrong places....too bad it was from all the wrong people who obviously took advantage of her...However I'm sure she did her fair share of using them to her advantage too....

Haleigh Cummings – That Pesky Missing Tommy Tape

I am not sure what happened but I think we have located the missing file. This is a conversation between Tommy Croslin and his wife. It was recorded right after Tommy took the lie detector test.

I think it is fair to say that Lindsay is a little hot on the collar.

“All you f***ing Croslins are F***ing liars”

What is clear is that Lindsay obviously knows some information about the LDT, but does not want to discuss it, Tommy on the other hand can not shut up. He even went on to say that the only real question they asked him was about knocking on the door the night that Haleigh Cummings disappeared. Lindsay snapped back “And you couldn’t even tell the truth about that”.

Lindsay repeatedly tells Tommy to shut up, “We don’t want this out there”, she is obviously referring to the fact that the conversation is being recorded.

It is very clear that Lindsay is absolutely at the end of her tether. The subject of knocking on the door seems to be eating Lindsay alive.

I am genuinely surprised that other media outlets have not leapt on this particular tape. Of all of the Jail house conversations I have listened to this is undoubtedly the most explosive.

Wow, Lindsay sure stuck it to Tommy. I wish she would have just said that he lied about knocking on the door that night. She kept saying she wasn't allowed to talk about anything, but she did tell him he would probably get 3 years. I don't understand that, as Ron's cousin only had 1 charge against her (I think) and she got 15 years.

When was this tape made, in April? Hasn't she taken the kids and moved already?

I wish LE would give her a lie detector test now. I believe she would tell the truth, and not stand behind Tommy now. She seems like the only one in the entire family that has a real brain.

Yes kh, they should give Lindsay a LDT now. She said she had made a fool out of herself by standing behind Tommy and lying for him, maybe now she would tell the truth about that nite Haley disappeared.

I think the tape was made in April or early May. At one point, Tommy asks Lindsay if he would see her in court on the 13th. I assume they are talking about May 13 since Tommy was in court that day.

JFA~ I am confused about when exactly these tapes were made. Lindsy has since filed for divorce, and then apparenty put those plans on hold cuz the parents are are willing to support her but only if she dumps tommy. So who knows at this point? kh

When Granny Hollars had Tommy on one phone and Lindsy on another phone, did anyone hear Lindsy crying? I'll have to go back and find it......

I just wish I had an answer for that one! Someone was definitly hollerin in the background......... but then again, it also seemed like a conference call to "pulll the troops back together"

Haleigh Cummings – Even More From The Dreaded Data Dump Of May 21

I have to admit that these discs have been a challenge. There were some missing files from our original release, three of us have spent the day trying to locate them. I am pleased to say that I do believe we have found the five missing audio files.

The recordings are phone calls made by Tommy Croslin.

Tape one - Tommy Croslin and Hank Croslin – Lindsay is angry with Tommy. Once again the conversation is about money. This tape was made a few days before the divorce papers were filed. Clearly Tommy is waiting for the event to happen (04/17)

Tape two - Tommy Croslin and Lisa Croslin – Lisa has good news, she only got another 12 months of probation. But she can’t come visit Tommy until she has paid her $1088 fine! Hope Sykes getting 15 years is discussed. “That’s Bullshit” says Tommy (04/27)

Tape three – Tommy Croslin and Hank Croslin – Yet more discussion about Hope Sykes and her scoring 15 years. Tommy is still claiming that 3 years is all he faces. Hank Croslin talking about Misty Croslin’s reaction to the Hope Sykes news “She is as scared as SH!T”. (04/28)

Tape four - Tommy Croslin and Timmy Croslin – More discussion about Lindsay and the divorce. Apparently Lindsay is not replying to his letters. Did I hear Timmy say that he was going to write but he was ‘half buzzed up’? (04/29)

Tape five – Tommy Croslin and Timmy Croslin – Yet more Lindsay stuff. Tommy had asked Timmy to call, and it was not a happy call. Timmy instigates a three way call. Lindsay comes on the line. Tommy asks her “Why are you doing this sh!t?”.

We have not had a chance to analyze these tapes, they are what they are! If you have an aversion to strong language I would suggest that you avoid listening to these tapes.

Do they bring any light on what happened to Haleigh Cummings, probably not. They do however offer some interesting background to this completely dysfunctional family.

JFA~ Just got back from a weekend away (a mini vakay!). So I have not had a chance to listen to any of these (plus, they're prolly really depressing). I think Casey is in court today so my antenna will be pointed in that direction for the time being! Thanks for the links! I will revisit them later! kh
