Re: Hearing 7/15/10 (Criminal) - 911 Calls & TES Motion

I finally got to watch this entire hearing....and I'm troubled a bit. I was particularly interested in this hearing because I've had a feeling since the beginning that the 911 calls and Lee's help were contrived. After watching the testimonies twice and trying my best to believe Cindy and Lee....I can't!

I don't think Cindy had any previous knowledge of how a dead body smelled in particular from her nursing experience. I do think, however, she smelled it for the first time in Casey's car. But I also think anyone would suspect the smell of a dead body even if they were smelling it for the first time. I'm sure George knew the smell well though....and I don't believe for a minute that George didn't tell Cindy what he thought that smell was.

So I don't get why they(George and Cindy) are determined to have the court think George didn't tell Cindy what he thought he smelled before Cindy made the 'excited utterance'.

Cindy's supervisor said Cindy told her she and George thought the car smelled like death! This was before Cindy even picked Casey up that day. So George and Cindy had discussed it before the 911 call....so why not say so and clearly put the whole thing on hearsay and get the 'excited utterance' thrown out?

Something just isn't right, but I can't put my finger it....

Also, I noticed Baez seems to really dislike Lee! And his body language suggests he thinks Lee is lying. And Lee's demeanor on the stand - to me- seemed like it was rehearsed for the sake of telling a believable story to the prosecution about how they dragged the truth from Casey that evening....but when he is answering the Defense's questions about the same story (but out of order) he stumbles a LOT!

I'm thinking the family coverup began before Cindy and George went back to work. THEY knew! And they had to get Lee to pretend to drag it out of Casey for some reason that made sense to them. And what I think 'made sense to them' was to attempt a coverup by claiming Caylee was kidnapped... and it was schemed all afternoon and the 911 calls were scripted and rehearsed to save Casey's sorry butt.

Lottie, I'm sure Wheelie Boy coached them what to say on the stand. Conway said in an earlier interview he felt the 911 calls would be admitted into evidence. Even though GA and CA may have discussed the death smell in the car, CA did not connect it to Caylee, as she did not know that Caylee was missing.

When she heard KC say she had not seen Caylee in 31 days, and then remembering the smell, her comments to the 911 operator was excited utterance.

They all know KC did this horrendous deed, but they think if they can blame Zani, KC can walk. All they need is 1 juror to believe them, for reasonable doubt.

I believe without any doubt Cindy KNEW what a decomposed body smelled like.... she made too many statements to LE about smelling rotting flesh. She tells of the time she removed the dressing from a patient with rotting flesh and it went up through the ventilation system and took days to clear the smell. She also told Scott Bolin and Yuri Melich that the smell was unique.... AND in her state deposition, she states more than once she has smelled a dead body. She may not have the experience of smelling a decomposed body the way George would have from being in LE and finding a deceased person after days, but I firmly believe she knew the smell.

I, myself, have never smelled it, but from what I hear... it is a very distinctive smell... one you know immediately what it is... and one you don't ever forget.

Oh yeah, Cindy knew what that smell in the trunk was....

Cindy Anthony’s Signals of Deception In The Courtroom- Says She Believes Caylee Still Alive

July 18, 2010

When Cindy Anthony took the stand and gave her testimony about the 911 call, she was articulate and coherent. She presented herself very well for the most part, until she lied that she still thinks Caylee is alive.

TOO MUCH INFORMATION MAY REVEAL DISCOMFORT ABOUT THE TOPIC AND GUILT

Cindy sounded very credible and had it together until she discussed finding Casey’s pants in the car and how she washed them because they smelled bad. That was too much information for the question asked.

When someone coughs up a little too much information it may very well be that they are feeling a bit guilty or uncomfortable concerning that information.

There is no doubt that Cindy, being the intelligent woman she appears to be, knows very well that she should not have washed Casey’s pants no matter how badly they smelled.

She needed to have placed them in a plastic bag and put them in a sealed container in the garage or some place where she would not smell the pants. She knows very well that it was wrong for her to have washed them, especially after knowing that it smelled like a dead body in the car.

Perhaps she instinctively knew Casey was up to no good and had something to do with that smell.

That may be why she was so intent on washing away that smell away as well as washing away her guilt. There is no doubt that deep down Cindy feels guilty for threatening to throw Casey out and keep Cayley. That precipitated this whole mess and she no doubt wished she had never said what she said to Casey or Caylee might still be alive .

You would think that Caylees backpack and toys ,which were in the heated car also smelled like the pants. So why didn’t she wash them as well? It was only Casey’s pants that she washed in her attempt to save and protect Casey. But what about protecting Caylee and her memory?
