Piper, defense wants their experts to view the state's evidence without the sheriff's office there.... they are asking for a special magistrate. And this is an emergency hearing.... curious to know how JP will feel about that.

I think JP will grant this motion. Even though it is unprecedented, as they always say.... death is different. I think they will get the neutral person they are wanting... and they better watch Henry Lee VERY closely......
