I love that at every hearing, he reminded KC is she is charged with murder in the first degree and that the state is seeking to impose the death penalty!

Don't you just love that he mentioned ultimate penalty of lethal injection...

And he whined and whined about those letters being released.... the ones he is really concerned about are the ones from Cindy and George.... and those are EXTREMELY relevant to this case!

And I'm glad the judge stopped him from continuing to whine that she can't see her family. She could see her family IF she wanted to... she doesn't want to!!

It's called JAIL, JB.... she has no expectation of privacy.

Beth Karas just said she didn't see this one coming... meaning that she didn't believe Judge Perry would deny this motion. I agree..... based on all the experts I heard weigh in on this matter, I thought he would grant it also.
