Talk to you later Sherry. That was an excellent point about Judge Perry. He sure knows his stuff.

Thanks J4a. Was there anything else taken up today after JP made his ruling on the 911 tapes? I lost connection @ 5pm and couldn't get any of them to come up.

It was hard to follow after five with the constant cutouts and bad audio, but I think JP granted the defense's motion to keep the evidence list private.

What a victory for the good guys! Frankly I don't care what the duh-fence was looking at. They have no case regardless and I, for one, would rather see sleazy do LWOP so she can think about what she did to our little angel each and every day of her miserable incarcerated life. Justice for Caylee! Cindy was miserable as the JP was rendering his verdict. You could just tell she was thinking "What have I done"! I counted 8 giggles from LeeBoy, not as many as I anticipated. Georgie Porgie does indeed look like he's been working out. Must be all he has to do these days. Oh joy joy! bounce

I believe they also decided to skip next week's status hearing and discussed the issues they were going to discuss then. The prosecution said they are having problems interviewing defense witnesses. One is on a boat. The judge suggested they use some second to none communication equipment by Cisco available to the court to conduct some of the interviews.

I don't have a transcript or anything..... but I think what he said was "when did he get the supbeona?".......... The judge is making himself clear....... NO EXCUSES

I hope the second to none equipment is better than what they used during the indigency hearings.

Once again kh, you are spot on! I heard JP ask Bozo the same thing when he said one of his witnesses wasn't there yet. This Judge is taking zero crapola!

It seems to me that today's hearing may just be a preview of the coming trial. Bozo's circus continues to be inept, the Ants continue to.. well whatever it is they do, and the SA's rule!

Judge Perry also today granted the defense’s request to seal the list of evidence its experts examined this week, WFTV reported.

The MC just announced a few minutes ago they would show the testimony in it's entirety. I sure hope so because my video feed kept freezing and I missed alot. I did watch the first hour on TruTV, then when it stopped coverage @ 3pm, they said to go to cnn.com and watch it. So I did watch that till 5pm, but it stopped and I missed the entire ending.

Thanks mama. This might be the only way anybody who missed the hearing can watch it since none of the news sites have posted it yet.

I'm jealous. I want to watch it again. And again. And again....

I wonder why it hasn't been posted yet.
