Ok....so now we will find out just exactly what was said despite Bozo's objections...We can judge for ourselves the credibility of this jail bird...I personally don't put too much weight on it since she was a noted informant and knowing a few they DO exaggerate to make themselves look good...

I think it's not what Robin said to Bozo, but what Bozo said is the reason he wanted to keep this call sealed.

Anthony Attorney's Call With Inmate To Be Released
Judge Denies Motion To Block Release Of Call

POSTED: Monday, August 2, 2010
UPDATED: 12:52 pm EDT August 2, 2010

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry signed an order Monday morning allowing a recorded phone call between Casey Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez and an inmate to be made public.

Anthony's defense had asked the judge to grant a motion to keep the call private.

According to Baez, Robin Lunceford admitted she and two other inmates conspired to frame Anthony and tried to be transferred to other prisons in exchange for information about Anthony.

Judge allows release of prisoner inmate call to Casey Anthony attorney

By Anthony Colarossi, Orlando Sentinel
12:50 p.m. EDT, August 2, 2010

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry just released an order that will allow state prisoner inmate phone calls made to Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez in May to become part of the public record.

Baez had wanted a protective order placed on the conversation he had with state inmate Robin Lunceford, arguing that it amounted to an illegal recording because he said he was unaware their conversation was being recorded. He also argued that the conversations in the two phone calls amounted to work product – and therefore should not be public.

Lunceford had contacted Baez to talk about a conspiracy to make up lies about his client, according to Baez.

Judge Perry’s educational order

Posted on August 3rd, 2010 by Valhall

Yesterday Judge Perry issued an Order Denying the defense’s motion for a protective order in their attempt to prevent release of a recorded prison call between Baez and Robin Lunceford. It was very educational. Not only did we (along with Baez) learn the parts of Florida statutes that applied to the release of the recording, but we also learned what was not, and a little of what was on the recording.

What wasn’t there

* No work product. Judge Perry stated it best when he said – Baez didn’t create the tape, the Florida prison system did, so it couldn’t possibly be his work product.
* No opinion work product. This kills the suspicion that had been discussed previously that Baez may have said something about his client’s case, her guilt or innocence, etc. Judge Perry explains that opinion work product “…involves a lawyer’s impressions, conclusions, opinion, and theories of his or her client’s case.” He then goes on to state,

…the Court finds no evidence of counsel’s mental impressions of the case present in the recordings. To the contrary, the calls consist of Robin Lunceford’s factual allegations regarding her contact with fellow inmate Maya Derkovic.

I'd like to see her take a polygraph test along with the other two involved...Then we will see who is telling stories out of school....Of course we all know that poly's aren't admissable in a court case but it would be interesting, none the less...

Estee, I'm not sure it really matters what any of them have to say or whether they can pass a polygraph. I, personally, don't believe the State would even consider using Maya or Robyn, much less Robin..... (but I've been wrong before, so..... ) They have KC's letters in her own handwriting should they choose to use those.

I believe they have more than enough evidence to nail KC's butt to the wall without bringing people with questionable character into the mix...

What say you?

ETA: I take that back.... I think we MAY possibly see Robyn Adams at trial... but only if the State decides to use the letters, and only because she was the recipient of the letters.....

Controversial Tape Turned Over To Casey Defense

POSTED: 4:20 pm EDT August 4, 2010
UPDATED: 5:49 pm EDT August 4, 2010

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors turned over a controversial tape, a recorded phone conversation between Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez and a prison inmate, to Anthony's defense team on Wednesday.

WESH 2 News recently reported that Baez asked the judge to prevent prosecutors from releasing an audiotape of Baez speaking on the phone to a department of corrections inmate.

Judge Belvin Perry denied the defense's motion.

Baez's Jail Conversation With Inmate Released

Updated: 6:01 pm EDT August 9, 2010

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- WFTV obtained transcripts Monday, of a call Casey Anthony’s lawyer, RJose Baez, had with a state prison inmate who claimed she could discredit key witnesses against Casey, namely her prison pen pals.

READ: Baez’s Conversation With Inmate

In the conversations Robin Lunceford talks about Caylee's murder case being the biggest case in Florida but said investigators really couldn’t prove it.

During a conversation with Jose Baez, state inmate Robin Lunceford claimed two of Casey’s jail friends, Maya Derkovic and Robyn Adams, made up incriminating stories about Casey.

Early on, Baez claimed he didn't know the phone calls were being recorded, but transcripts from those conversations show Baez actually talked to Lunceford about that.
