One more final note on this -- she mentions
"No although we do have a sex offender across the street from peninsula. but no the garden is in the field of the school it belongs to the school. And the house is behind the back fence."

This probably doesn't have anything to do with Kyron's disappearance, but you never know!

This guy, David Karan, is said to have abducted a 16 year old girl he met playing ONLINE GAMES. He has an OREGON license plate. He had been talking with this girl from a MOTEL ROOM in Texas for the last MONTH or so! They don't know were he was prior to being in that motel. He is being sought for LURING the girl away. And they think he might be on his way back to OREGON now.

So let's say, what if this predator lured Kyron away, then drove him to toward Texas and did something to him, hung out in a motel in Texas for the last month working on his plan for his next abduction? I don't know....I just thought it was interesting especially with the ONLINE GAMING connection since Terri played online games. Could she possibly have known this guy (if only his gaming persona) and he then knew of Kyron and the science fair through gaming chat? And since he's got an Oregon plate? And seemingly is a drifter, albeit one who can stay in motels where he can use his laptop to play online games and meet people with the intention of doing harm?

ANYTHING is possible in this case that's why it's so damn frustrating! It could be the simplest explanation or it could be very complicated!

This scenario would depend if Kyron was permitted to use the computer to play on-line games.

There's a good possibility that when the house was searched, the computer was taken in and those possibilities were eliminated.

I think they've honed in on Terri because they couldn't find anything else.

Are all sex offenders who victimize children pedophiles? A raging debate abounds in the psychiatric world. Pedophilia is a mental health diagnosis. Some members of the American Psychiatric Association want to exclude the diagnosis of pedophilia from the books. Others believe doing so would imply that sexual urges towards and acts against children would no longer considered as "abnormal." Normalizing sexual contact with children could have profound legal consequences; if it is normal, then how can it be illegal?

Do all offenders have a mental illness? Not necessarily. For a clinical diagnosis of pedophilia, a person will have had recurrent, intense, sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors involving sexual activity with a prepubescent child or children, for a period of at least 6 months. Moreover, the person has acted on these sexual urges, or the sexual urges or fantasies cause marked distress or interpersonal difficulty. The person is at least age 16 years and at least 5 years older than the child or children. The criterion suggests that for a diagnosis of pedophilia, the perpetrator must suffer internal conflict or social consequences. Nepiophilia, also called infantophilia, is the attraction to toddlers and infants (ages 0-3).

I don't know if you know, but Terri played online games, specifically World of Warcraft. She could be a link to other online gamers, doesn't have to be Kryon playing. I'd bet James played too, but I haven't heard that. Anyway, World of Warcraft players are like 'family' to each other and when they're not "in game" they chat with each other often about real private life on the game server.....so that's why I was thinking there could be a connection with this guy, David Karan, via Terri. Sounds like a longshot, but you never know.

BEAVERTON -- Police today released a composite sketch of a suspect in a sexual assault case against a 13-year-old boy in Fanno Creek Park Monday afternoon.

At about 2:35 p.m. Monday, police received a report that while the boy was picking blackberries in the park, he was approached by a 50- to 60-year-old man and sexually assaulted about 150 yards south of Denney Road, said Pam Yazzolino, Beaverton policespokeswoman. Police Tuesday had said the assault occurred in Greenway Park, but today corrected the location to Fanno Creek Park.

Immediately after the assault, the boy ran from the park and told his mother, who reported the incident to police.

OMG! That is TERRI! It must be! After all, she is evil incarnate, isn't she? They have no sex offenders who would take a child anywhere near Portland. The only bad person in the state is Terri Horman!

Good Eye, Maat! That IS definitely Terri! You can tell by the hair that has been hacked off during the time she's been hiding out at her parents' home so no one could see her!

Calypso, I think its important we point out that this happened some time ago - some people reading this might think this sighting was yesterday! Did you ever get back in touch with Simoni? I gave you a contact who knows her - did she put you in touch? This was all just before the sighting of the Turquoise Plymouth Sunrise / Green Dodge car with Kyron sightings wasnt it? I always feel that those sightings could be REAL and that I hope someone in LE checked up on that tag for that car - I still have the tag if anyone wants to look into that.. It seems too coincidential to me that Simoni that night was taking the cops to see the Kyron lookalike and at almost the same time, there is a sighting of a Kyron lookalike by TWO DIFFERENT people completely unconnected in what seems to have been the same car a little distance apart (some people would describe a turquoise plymouth sunrise as a Green Dodge) speeding away.. TOO many coincidences..

Just realized I didnt mention that the plymouth sunrise was spotted just a few miles away from where the Kyron lookalike hung out the day before.. it ended up on the Interstate 5 heading North I believe.. Warren Or is where the tag was registered so they could have been driving to the home of whoever registered that tag.. if the cops didnt check that tag out I will never forgive them!

Simoni is no longer on facebook- at least not under that name anymore. Other than my chat conversation with her that night, I've not spoken to her since. I did pass on my information.
