A reader suggested a poll on the outcome in the Casey Anthony case. So how do you think this case will end?

1. Anthony is acquitted of the murder of her daughter, Caylee.

2. Anthony gets life.

3. Anthony gets death.

4. There’s a mistrial.

5. She pleads guilty to a lesser charge.

I think there is a strong possibility KC will get death if her lawyers don't talk the state into offering her a plea deal. Look at what happened with Debbie Polisano. The defense's own witnesses make KC look bad.

i just feel that any jury without me on it, will have a hard time sentencing such a young woman to death..

i do however, see LWOP in princess's future

I'm afraid I have to agree, randi..... I think we will see LWOP.... with or without a plea. And the only way I can see the State giving KC a plea bargain is to take the DP off the table if KC pleads guilty (and hopefully, they would require her to give details of what actually happened.... although we would never know if it was the truth because she is such a pathological liar.)

I am a proponent of the death penalty because I believe if you take someone else's life, you forfeit your own.... but I don't think in this case we will see death as a penalty...... I would be shocked (but certainly OK with it) if the jury did recommend, and the judge grant, the DP.

Too pretty to die?? NOT....But I think she'll get LWOP...and I don't think it will be a plea, nor will she spill the beans...

I'll be okay with it if she at least gets LWOP. Anything less won't be justice.

I agree, one of the two, DP or LWOP.

I'm all for LWOP unless she gets the same kind of death Caylee got.

I voted she pleads guilty to a lesser charge. But I also don't believe she'll let herself go down alone.

I do believe, even if she's lying, she will eventually claim it was an accident, and staged a kidnapping with the duct tape after the fact with the help of whomever she and Baez find the most inconsistencies on to throw under the bus as her accomplice in the cover up.

I predict it will be family thrown under the bus, just not sure which one.

I predict she will not take the blame for duct taping Caylee.....her accomplice did that.
