No Yeast Pizza Dough

Easy no yeast pizza dough:


2 1/2 cups flour (I use half white and half whole wheat flour)
2 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
3/4 to 1 cup of water
Rosemary, oregano, parsley or Italian seasoning if preferred (I like rosemary)

Mix dry ingredients. Add 3/4 cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball. If dough is stiff, add a little more water.

Dough will be soft, not sticky. Knead on floured surface for 3-4 minutes or inside your mixing bowl if it's large.

Shape to pan, bake at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Remove and add your toppings and then back in the oven for about another 20 minutes. Very Happy
