Clerk Asks State To Suspend License For Failing To Pay Court Costs

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony has failed to pay court costs ordered by a judge, according to the Orange County Clerk of Courts.

On Saturday, the clerk turned over the $381 overdue bill to a collection agency. The clerk has also sent a notice to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles requesting that Anthony's drivers license be suspended until the debt is paid.

In January, Anthony pleaded guilty to stealing checks from her former friend Amy Huizenga.

This probably won't force Casey to pay the overdue bill considering that she's not likely to ever need a driver's license again.

Agreed, J4A... it's pretty much a moot point. KC won't need her driver's license ever again.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s driver's license could be suspended, court records show.

Anthony pleaded guilty in January to 13 counts in a check fraud case and was ordered to pay certain court costs.

The costs have yet to be paid in their entirety, so the Orange County Clerk of Courts forwarded the outstanding balance of $381 to a collection agency on Saturday.

Bozo will probably ask JP to order JAC to pay these fines as well as the defense team, since she has no money and no income.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Court records show that a collection agency has opened a case to recover money Casey Anthony owes on her theft case.

According to court records, a collection agency called "Alliance One" now has a pending case against her.

Anthony owes $381 related to the charges to which she pleaded guilty in January.

Anthony admitted to stealing money from her friend Amy Huizenga's checking account.

Corrections records show that two small deposits from people out of state have gotten Anthony’s jail account out of the red, but just barely.

I just had a thought! Maybe CA and GA had been getting money from Wheelie Boy to put into KC's snack account. He resigned because he didn't want to feed her any more.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony’s driver’s license has officially been suspended for non-payment fines.

According to court records, Anthony owes $381 as a result of her guilty plea in January to theft charges. A court sent the amount this week again to a collection agency.

The county often suspends driver’s licenses of those who don’t pay court costs and fines.

For the past two years, Anthony has been jailed without bond on charges of murdering her daughter, Caylee Anthony.

She can't pay any fines, and CA & GA certainly aren't going to pay any fines for her. So, let her lose her DL, she's not going anywhere anyway.

They do not.... the $381.00 KC owes is for court costs as a result of pleading guilty in her civil case.

The A's won't pay them because she hasn't done anything wrong....
