Will Terri be cleared?

I hope I'm not jumping the gun here...does Andrea's statements clear Terri?

I'm thinking it does, unless you believe that Kyron could have been in the Truck alone waiting on Terri. Again too risky in my opinion...someone could have seen him, and Terri would never have known.

And let's also remember that there was no way to be certain that she wouldn't have gotten a call from the school right? I mean she couldn't have been 100% clear about an appointment, because:

- IF she did do this, then her whole plan would be screwed if she was clear that Kyron was going to an appointment.

-IF she did not do this, then there was no appointment and it was infact a misunderstanding.

So, IF this was a plan, there was a chance that a call could have been made to her verifying the appointment because Kyron was there, then not, and his things were still there...so it warrants clarification, right? So at anypoint, IF this was her doing, she would have had to have been prepared to recieve that call...knowing classes didn't begin until 10, this was her window of opportunity. She would have had to be 'done' by 10.

DeeDee couldn't have been at the stores with her, because she was seen at work.

Where was Kyron at 9:30? Not with DeeDee and not with Terri. Is there another person involved in this 'plot'? Could she have passed him off to someone at the first FMs? Or is the idea of a plot busted?

A woman who spoke with Terri Horman the day Kyron disappeared shared her story with the Multnomah County grand jury last week, calling part of the encounter "odd."

On June 4, between 9:30-10 a.m., Andrea Leckey ran into Horman at the Fred Meyer along Walker Road in Beaverton, sharing an encounter that was the longest they had ever had.

During the conversation, Leckey said Terri mentioned just coming from the science fair at Skyline School, even showing her the now well-known picture of her step-son, Kyron.

Sadly, Terri will never be cleared- even if no charges are ever filed against her. She will always be under suspicion and she will always be remembered as "that cute kid's stepmom who probably killed him." kh

Yes, Just like the Ramseys, Terri will always be under that "umbrella of suspicion".

Desiree has publicly stated that she can remember everything she ate that day but Terri can't remember where she was......but in fact LE knows exactly where Terri was, and Terri has apparently told the truth about that. Her timeline seems to be confirmed. The time in question is 10am to check in at the gym around 11:40am. Did she wear work out clothes to the school or take a gym bag with her? Has any witness stated what Terri was wearing at the school and what she had on when she entered the gym? Has Kaine stated what Terri was wearing when he got home? If no charges are ever filed against her, she'll never be cleared. Even if charges are filed and she's found not guilty, it still won't make any difference.

I want to say Kaine stated Terri had on the same clothes from the gym when she got home.

Wouldn't he know what she wore earlier that day?
