can someone explain to me WHAT it is that baez wants from TES?? he already has permission to LOOK at the documents... just not to copy them, that is what he has been allowed all along.. i am CONFUSED!

4:29 p.m. - Baez says he has a case to try and he's not so much concerned with sideshows. I was made aware of statement by Conway: I was allow to see statements but not allowed to alter documents...does not make any reference in my motion regarding photocopies. We were not allowed EquuSearch documents, but Conway was. We were not allowed same courtesies.

4:31 p.m. - Baez says he takes "serious issue that Conway used national forum to do this. I had open communication since beginning, but he never let me know about any issue. He can call me anytime and if any confusion, he can call me. It's extremely disappointing."

4:32 p.m. - On behalf of the defense team Cheney Mason said it is unfortunate that Conway made comments to press. Cheney said “EquuSearch issues were resolved in court this morning. We will be confidentially allowed to look at documents and make notes." All concerns were rendered moot. Defense will receive fair treatment.

4:36 p.m. - Baez: Anthony family wants defense to review all EquuSearch documents.Perry recognized criminal case. Defense will be allowed to do what is reasonable to defend client. Order will likely be signed Tuesday. EquuSearch never had right of privacy. Perry made it clear that with death case, defense over privacy.

4:37 p.m. - Defense will be able to inspect the documents. “We are trying to save a human life and [it’s] in best interest to do our job,” Baez said. “Bottom line, we want to know what happened out there.”

Brad Conway's Statement Analyzed

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The attorney representing the parents of Casey Anthony, who is charged with murdering her daughter, Caylee, has stepped down, citing what he called false allegations made by Anthony's defense team.

Brad Conway, who represents George and Cindy Anthony, announced on Monday that he's resigning as a result of a defense motion filed last week by Casey Anthony's defense in a dispute with Texas Equusearch, the group who helped search for Caylee.

In the filing, Jose Baez, Casey Anthony's lead attorney, claims Conway was given unrestricted access to review thousands of pages of volunteer documents while the defense has not been given equal access.

Originally, the judge ruled that the defense was when not allowed to take any notes they viewed the records.... this last time Judge Perry ruled, he said the defense could take notes, but they couldn't release any information without clearing it with the court first.

The defense has made much to do about nothing.... they have had the ability to go look at the records any time they want. BUT what they really want is to be able to have the names and all the personal information on all 4,000+ volunteers so they can try to find another Kronk.....

Caylee Anthony case: Conway will no longer represent Anthonys

WESH is reporting that Brad Conway will be leaving the Anthony circus for a higher calling. The specifics of that calling are not known at this time, but as long as the call didn’t come from Cindy Anthony or Jose Baez, we can rest assured it is, indeed, a higher one. The WESH article states that according to sources the events that led to Conway exiting right (literally) involve Mark NeJame’s latest Response to the Response to the Motion against the Order that came from the Motion twice filed, three times modified and never quite understood where the defense tried to get their mitts on all 4000 volunteer searchers’ names and contact information so they can Kronk a new, or multiple new, person and/or persons. All I know is if there is one more volley in this paper badminton game, they’ll need page 1 reserved just for the title of the motion.

In NeJame’s response he pretty much calls BS on everything Baez and Mason claim in their response. In this latest War of the Rosewoods document NeJame outright declares Baez the Uber-liar De jure and maybe even du jour! Which, by the way, either one would be quite an accolade to give anyone who is competing against Cindy Anthony….no matter what day of the week it is. Here’s where the problem seems to begin in this particular document that leads to the Anthonys being “lawyerless” again. Cindy (dragging George a few lines below her name as always) sent a letter to Mark NeJame on February 12, 2010 saying something akin to “I don’t like you…here’s why. Take backs on that waiver of conflict of interest. Here’s why.” The “here’s why” on the take backs was that, according to Cindy-triple-return-key-George, is that it was all predicated on NeJame and Miller helping them and letting them review the TES documents.
