I agree sparky and unfortunaltely it also allows the POI to continue to be on the hook, even if there is something specific that is n Terris favor..

I also believe that Tylers account of seeing Kyron, corroborates Tanners story which LE dont want to consider as valid.. IMO this should change the timeline to what Tanner says.. whcih wud mean Terris confirmed trips to the stores in town wud give her an alibi and explain thagt she has been telling the truth .. I doubt LE will ever come out and publically apologize to her..

I don't understand if you are a chaparone of five kids and only four are there do you not question where the 5th one is? Surely we all know Terri didnt tell the chaparaone he was going to the Dr ((((sarcasm)))) The chaparone must have had a list of kids to keep track of.

On account that it appears Kyron was there with her in her care when the chaperones started out.. I keep wondering if a perp didnt take Kyron.. How cud Terri have come bak and taken Kyron without no one seeing her..? Whether it was in the school or the parking lot.. How wud she have had time to have done anythiong with him in the short time in the timeline...

LE has been tight lipped ab out what details they have so we have no solid timeline.. We can only guess as LE have been very select in believing ppls account...

They publically discounted Tanner's and have shown me thagt they only want info that will help convict Terri..

Thankfully Tanner and his family decided to come out and share with the public what they saw and told.. If they didnt, we wud have never known about Tanner's recall, which imo is corroborated by Kyle's account...

I was being sarcastic with that sorry. What I am saying is a chaprone is given so many to be accountable for in a group. One disappears and there are no alarm bells? As a parent I chaparoned many a group of kids and kept tabs on all of them I would have been very alarmed if one was missing.

Chatter you are exactly right... Having a bunch of 8 yr olds where one is missing shud have definitley raised alrms...

Not that one wud have automatically considered an abduction but the thoughts I wud think wud be in trouble or potential trouble somewhere in the school.. maybe trapped somehow by a locked door or hurt somewhere (bathroom ) after maybe hitting his head oor getting in trouble somewhere where there wud be dangerous things for little biys to play with....

I agree that the chaperone and teacher were all negligent and now in their own defense have taken the easy street and jumped on the band wagon to take any responsibility from themselves.. Not that I think they had anythiong to do with it... but it may have been someone known to a chaperone...(brother uncle father husbband) who knew the school was a free for all and that there wud be guests and kids on the loose... how sad.. and the ony explaination LE have offered is Terri which seems so stupid in my estimation.. This seems like somenoe tricked yron and took him.,.. Terri had no oppurtunity and if she was going to do something this wud have meant that it wud have been premeditataed and i cant see how she wud have been so stupid to chopose a day whhere there wud be all kinds oof ppl aropund and a sick baby and a pretty tight timeline... I have heard it suggested that she has put him somewhere???????????????????????? Please, isnt that the most stupid thing a person wud ever do?? They are keeping certain things from the public that only the perv would have knowledge of, mainly because in cases like this there are people out there wanting to be connected to the victims or even the crime and they'll make a false confession. If that person can't give the correct time,then LE can disqualify that person. And the other reason is that they want people to come forward with what they actually remember rather than hearing a time or a person's name and then affix what they saw to what someone else has said ( not out of wrong doing),it's just the way peoples minds work I guess.

Hi Sparky and Chatter! Have any of you heard "talk' of a student seeing Terri hiding/waiting downstairs? And then also a parent verifying this? I hate to post hearsay but I've read it and can't find anything to verify it.

I totally agree with the chaperone issue, you have heads to count when you are in that position and if one is missing....you find out where they are, right away.

I havent heard that one yet, but I wudnt be surprised if the rumour is out there.. guess it's predictable...

I think some ppl want to be involved so bad, that they will say or do anything (to become the hero).... or they feel theyir suspicions are right so they help things along to help seal the deal...

I believe that if this rumoured allegation is in fact true, Terri wud have prolly been arrested immediatley for probable cause...

Eight-year-old Tanner Pumala says the first person to notice Kyron Horman was missing was a substitute teacher who was taking a head count as the second and third grade class was re-assembling after visiting other classrooms for a science fair at Skyline School last Friday.
"And she was like 'oh no where's Kyron there's only five' and Mrs. Porter was like it's okay calm down, calm down he's probably in the bathroom or getting a drink of water and she said alright I'm going to leave and she left, " says Tanner Pumala.

Notes: The substitute teacher knew Kyron had been with the group and Mrs. Porter knew Kyron had not left the school with Terri. (she's got a kid missing and she left? This person would be one of the parents who was leading a group of children). Later reports said there were no substitutes that day, so therefore, Tanner saying he saw Kyron is wrong, but to a child this person would be considered a substitute teacher.

Tanner is Kyron's deskmate in their combined second-third grade classroom. Tanner says Kyron was in school for at least an hour Friday morning and that he saw Kyron's step-mother LEAVE the school WITHOUT Kyron.

Note: Tanner says Kyron was at school for at least -- an Hour -- Friday, and he saw Terri Leave WITHOUT Kyron. So Kyron is still at school until at least 9:15 am, going by the time Zimmerman says she saw them, or did Tanner mean an hour after Terri left, which would be 9:45 am. and Terri has a receipt showing she is at FM at 9:12 am, so even if Terri didn't leave the school until 9:00 am, as some are saying now, Kyron was still seen at school, going by the earliest time, after Terri left. Someone else saw Kyron after Zimmerman did, but didn't give a time. If Kyron was at school for an hour after Terri left - until 9:45 am - then that explains why Mrs. Porter waited until 10:00 am to mark him absent.

F-B-I agents interviewed Pumala, and Multnomah County Sheriff Dan Staton visited with Pumala Wednesday afternoon according to Pumala's grandmother Wendy Fuhrur.

Upon hearing the substitute teacher noticing that Kyron was not present in the classroom, Pumala says the regular teacher said Kyron had probably gone to get a drink of water or to use the bathroom. It wasn't until the bus ride home from school, says Pumala that he noticed Kyron was not on the bus. Kyron's step-mother notified school authorities of her son's not being on the bus at around 3:45pm Friday afternoon.

Note: Tanner did not know Kyron had a doctor's appointment and was with Terri, because he looked for him on the bus, even though I had read somewhere that one of the kids had asked at Lunch where was Kyron and Mrs. Porter told them he left with his mom because he had a doctors appointment.

Pumala's grandmother says F-B-I agents and Multnomah County investigators have asked Pumala and his grandmother not to speak with the media, for reasons they did not divulge. Fuhrur says she decided to allow her grandson talk, in part to keep the missing boy in the public eye.

Zimmerman said she arrived at the school around 8:15 a.m. Friday, as most parents and students did, to attend the end-of-year science fair. Terri Korman took a photograph of Kyron in front of his project, Zimmerman said.

Kyron’s project was on the red-eye tree frog, Madi said.

“We always play on the swings together,” she said of her friend. I’m thinking my thoughts for him. I’m very worried.”

Zimmerman said everyone went into their classroom for the science fair and broke into parent-led groups of four or five. She wasn’t sure what group Kyron was in. but she said the last time she saw him was at 8:15, when the groups began going from class to class.

“Then you were supposed to stay with your group. I don’t know what group he was in.”

Zimmerman said the boy has no learning disabilities. “He’s a good kid who follows the rules,” she said.

“We’re really close to the family, “ she added, noting that Kyron has a 16-year-old brother and a younger sister. “We’ve been on the phone with them all night.”

Piper, I do remember reading something about that. If I remember correctly the person said she was hiding "under" the stairs.But I never saw another thing about it any where so I figured it was just someone wanting to appear to be "in the know"!
The only truth I have discovered in the past 4 months is,I don't know what to believe!

The news comments section, blogs on FaceBook etc people are playing horrible games,back biting,vigilantes,liars and fake ID's. And for what or why? I don't understand that much energy going into making themselves look like an idiot. If they were to apply all that energy into searching for Kyron,they might feel better at the end of the day.

It came from a comment of one of the newspapers. In where you can write comments after an article. It isnt a crediable source just someone spouting off.

You're right, chatter2. That's where I read it and others were agreeing. Just another rumor!

It's nukinfutts! I guess LE thinks the person who saw Kryon at 9AM are part of Terri's posse and lied to protect her.

LE/Kaine/Dez motto...."If the shoe doesn't fit Terri, it's not reliable information".
