Deal reached for custody of Michael Jackson's children

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) -- Michael Jackson's ex-wife and the mother of his two oldest children, Debbie Rowe, has agreed not to challenge the singer's mother for custody of the children, according to a joint statement from lawyers for Rowe and Katherine Jackson.



The agreement does not involve any financial payments to Rowe "apart from the continuation of spousal support payments" that Michael Jackson personally agreed to make to Rowe after their divorce, the lawyers said.

Rowe will get visitation rights with the children and the "timing, frequency and manner of visits shall be implemented according to the best interests of the children, as determined by a child psychologist selected jointly, and paid jointly," by Jackson and Rowe, the announcement said.

Those poor kids. Wonder what they think about having a mother that they do not know come into their lives?

and one that cares only about money, and cud care less about them. Its sad that these kids are likely seeing and hearing so many terrible things about their whole family.. i think the only 1 i havent heard i bad thing about EVER is Nanny Grace... (no not Nancy, Nanny lol)
Hopefully she will be involved with them somehow.

After yesterday's news about the hearing, I am REALLY confused. All of a sudden, MJs dermatologist shows up at the custody hearing to announce HE would like to have a say in the children's education, etc.??? So, WAS he the sperm donor for the two oldest children? Things that really make you go hmmmmmmm

those children will be very confused when grown on so many levels
