Well, I'll call it as I see it: Cindy Anthony probably won't end up in jail. Still, if Orlando-area TV station WFTV is to be believed, she may have committed a crime.

The TV station has given the FBI an e-mail message forwarded to them by former Anthony family spokesperson Larry Garrison. If the message was written by Cindy Anthony, it may indicate her role in attempting to cover for daughter, Casey Anthony, who is facing charges that she murdered her 3-year-old daughter Caylee in June, 2008.

Essentially, the e-mail seems to indicate that Cindy Anthony gave the wrong hairbrush to police when they asked her for a source of DNA they could use to compare likely DNA from Caylee to DNA found in the trunk of a vehicle Casey Anthony abandoned around the time of her daughter's disappearance.

In the e-mail in question, Cindy Anthony allegedly told Garrison that she "never lied" to police. Instead, Cindy wrote that she "never went to my bathroom to get the hairbrush that I used only for Caylee."

WFTV also reports that rather than cooperating with authorities, both Cindy and George Anthony have been stalling the cops for weeks, apparently avoiding answering follow-up questions.

I do believe CA has obstructed justice big time but yet, the authorities look the other way!

She tampered with evidence, even as she didn't know the back of this prisoners vehicle held evidence of a crime. She cleaned it out, washed the pants with the same death smell instead of just placing them in a plastic bag and handing it over...

She gave the wrong evidence to the FBI when they asked for Caylee's hairbrush. Since she gave a brush both Caylee and Inmate Anthony used, it manipulated the outcome of that test from the hair taken. It came back as either Casey's or Caylees...had she given Caylee exclusive hair brush, it would have came back as Caylee with the death band...also Inmate's own response, well I'm still here....
I do beleive they tampered with witnessess when they allegedly went to the tow yard to speak with the tow driver...
Lee definately did something to Inmate Anthony's computer to cause the blue screen of death. Also LE mentioned, Lee knows what he's done!
I know there is much more but this is for starters. I don't understand why LE looked and continues to look the other way...CA became contrary and hostile, she's argumentative and is loosing her mind. I do believe she needs to start what she's finished and be Caylee's voice. She was threatening to take custody away from Inmate Anthony and there had to be a reason for it. Follow through Cindy, do it for Caylee...JMHO

Justice for Caylee

JMHO but, maybe LE is waiting till closer time for the trial, and offer CA a deal: to avoid prosecution of ALL the things she has done, tell the truth about what she knows against KC. CA is most concerned with saving face, and she also wants to save her own a$$.

LE is just letting her go on and on and on, so they can get more ammo to use against her. She did not want anyone to think her 'precious' daughter could do anything against her own child. She wants everyone to think she has a perfect family. It will become clear to CA that no one believes her family is perfect, so her next step will be to just protect herself. That is when LE can make a deal with her to avoid prosecution, she has to stop lying, and take the stand against KC, and testify for Caylee for the first time. As I said, JMHO
