ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's former boyfriend has filed a motion to quash a subpoena from her defense team.

In that subpoena, Tony Lazarro said the defense is asking for his cell phone records from January 2009 to the present.

Former Casey Anthony boyfriend Anthony Lazzaro filed a motion in court Thursday trying to block a subpoena for his phone records from January 2009 to the present.

The motion to quash, filed by Lazzaro attorney William Jay, states Lazzaro received a copy of a subpoena without deposition for phone records from January 2009 to the present.

An earlier ruling in the case held that this time frame was "not permitted to be the subject of a subpoena," according to the motion. The timeframe permitted by the court ran from June 1, 2008, through Dec. 18, 2008, the filing states.

"Therefore, Anthony Lazzaro is requesting the court to enter an order quashing this subpoena," the motion states.

Think Bozo bit off a bit too much with this little stunt...He thought Tony was gonna be afraid of him and do what he wanted...NOT GONNA HAPPEN....Tony was too smart to fall for Bozo's trick...Good for you Tony...good thing you got that attorney when you did..Bet you didn't even think that KC's Crewe would try to pull a fast one on you...What's the Crewe gonna do...try to prove that you told KC to "off the little one" so the two of you could be more permanent??? What MAN in his right mind would such a thing??? And I don't for one minute think that Tony said anything like that to KC...I think Tony knew that he and KC were just ships passing in the night and didn't want a long/permanent relationship to hamper his future, at this time...He still had wild oats to sow...

January 2009, KC was already in jail for her misdeeds. Tony had nothing to do with her at that time till the present.

Who he talked to, and about what is none of Bozo's or KC's business. He had already written KC off by Jan. 2009.

Mama, oops I just noticed I said Jesse instead of Tony! Talk about DUH! LOL I just read that Bozo is trying to say the dates are a typo. Sure they are....

AT&T received a subpoena for Tony's records from January 1, 2009 to present.... they contacted Tony, Tony contacted his attorney, his attorney contacted Baez..... Baez said it was a clerical mistake by his office......

Once again, he passes the blame. HE signed the subpoena.... that makes HIM responsible.
