I can't stand when these "experts" can't even get their facts straight. If one if going to opine about something, one should KNOW THE FACTS!

And notice how they are all referring to LE's interview with KC at Universal as an "interrogation." LE does not call them interrogations... that gives a certain impression to the listener that is not necessarily true. Even Mike Brooks, former FBI, referred to it that way.

FYI.... August 30, today, is the deadline for both the defense and the State to add names to their witness list.

What do you want to bet.... the defense will "discover" a witness much later that they will say they were not aware of as of today and, therefore, could not add to their list by the deadline..... betcha!!

Sorry to quote myself, but actually TOMORROW, August 31, is the deadline for submitting names to the witness list.

I apologize for any confusion....

What I think is amazing is the fact that there was such a rush for Bozo and Co. to view TES records (which of course hasn't been done to date)...and with the witness list deadline of tomorrow is Bozo not gonna call any of them to testify??? If their testimony will exonerate the "accused" surely Judge Perry will allow it...as it would fall under "fair trial" procedures...

Jean Casarez just said that the A's new attorney has stated that the A's will not be in attendance today.

Estee, do you know for sure the defense has not reviewed the TES documents yet? I have not heard that.

I actually think he will ask for an extention to the deadline for that very reason.... saying they have not had ample time to complete their review.
