Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test. Fresh out of jail and rehab, Lindsay Lohan has failed a drug test that was court-mandated.

According to TMZ, which has an exclusive report on the situation, Lohan failed the drug test last week. This is in stark contradiction to what Lohan is stating, but TMZ has received their information from a source they claim is close to the situation. Though the name of that source has not been revealed at this time, TMZ has taken the steps to confirm that their story on this breaking news is indeed true.
