It says she lives part time on a sailboat and conducts depositions via the internet.

New Casey Attorney Could Play Key Role In Trial

New Lawyer Is Expert In Medical Cross-Examination

Sims travels the country advising plaintiff players on aggressively cross-examining defense medical experts. She also has a business that allows lawyers to get real time feedback via the Internet while defense doctors testify.

“When it comes to cross examining psychologists, psychiatrists and medical doctors she brings a lot to the table and is definitely an asset,” said Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who is not connected to the case.

I read somewhere that the defense might go with some sort of diminished mental capacity or PTSD to explain KC's weird behavior (partying, etc)...If they put her in a Psych Ward that's fine with me...Then she can see firsthand what it's like to be Nutzo...Bet her tune will change real fast....She'll be praying to get back to her little one room, taxpayers paid for condo...

Piper, since JP did not approve any attorneys fees, I would have to assume (but you know how that is spelled, right?) that she is pro bono. But that also begs the question, these doctors from India.... who is gonna pay them? Cause JP has already approved or denied all the experts....

If this case hadn't garnered all the media attention and the "experts" that jump on and off the ship, don't you believe KC would have been tried and convicted of Caylee's murder by now?

Me, personally? Yes, I do. Without a doubt. This case has dragged on longer than is normal..... or necessary.
