I haven't heard, but since they are in the middle of two other cases (unless they got a verdict on the one), I doubt they will. But I could be wrong. If I hear in the morning that they will carry the hearing, I will post it here.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A status hearing is scheduled for Monday in the Casey Anthony murder case.

Anthony, 24, who is charged with killing her daughter, Caylee, is not expected at the hearing.

The hearing will likely provide a clearer timetable on future events in the case.

Prosecutors last week turned over 50 pages of FBI documents to the defense.

Meanwhile, Anthony's defense team is expected to hold more than a dozen depositions later in the month.

There is an issue being raised by the State Justice Administrative Commission on Monday. The JAC wants to make sure that in light of Anthony taking on three new attorneys that she is still indigent.

The JAC wants Judge Belvin Perry to clarify that issue.

Again, Bozo wants to break the rules for his client! By allowing her to be present during depos of 8 witnesses!

Now the judge knows he is going to say he can't have all these ppl deposed by end of October. Why does this judge keep giving in to him. END OF DECEMBER now!!!

Then he files a new motion this morning, judge hasn't even seen it yet, and Bozo didn't bring a copy into court for the judge to see, but wants it discussed today! He is a real clown, and this judge is letting him have all the rope he needs to hang his client, and himself.
