I've noticed a change in Portland.

I'm beinging to wonder if this is what he was hinting at when he said "They've narrowed down the scope, it's definative", "Target areas, targeting specific elements", "Specific types of resources and a specific number", "Closed multiple doors, now have target areas", "Targets are more pronounced".

There seems to be an increase in the arrests of people in the child sex trade/pornography and human trafficking.

ATTORNEY GENERAL JOHN KROGER ANNOUNCES GUILTY PLEA IN MAJOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CASE

Paul Pavlock pleaded guilty in Washington County Circuit Court to 10 counts of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the First Degree.

"This case has identified more than 85 suspects in 20 states and 19 foreign countries," said Attorney General Kroger. "Most importantly, through separate investigations, two children were identified and rescued from situations of abuse of sexual exploitation in another state."
