Casey Evidence Release Planned For Tomorrow
Around 1,000 Pages Expected

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Around 1,000 pages of evidence will be released on Tuesday in the case against Casey Anthony, the state attorney's office said on Monday.

A spokeswoman for State Attorney Lawson Lamar said some of the material dates back to 2008. Some of the evidence is more recent.

There are more than 20,000 pages of evidence in all in the case.

I take it that it means that Bozo and Company finally picked up the last doc dump??? Wonder if there's anything new/damning or otherwise contained within...

I think there is something in these docs, otherwise Baez & Co would not be trying to hard to keep it from being released. kh

ORLANDO, Fla. -- About 1,000 pages of documents are expected to be released Tuesday in the Casey Anthony murder case.

Anthony, 24, is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008, about a month after she was last seen alive.

Jail letters are expected to be among the items released by the state attorney's office as part of the discovery process.

Orange-Osceola State Attorney's Office spokeswoman Danielle Tavernier said the documents should be made available electronically by the late-morning on Tuesday, probably around 10 a.m.

She said the discovery records do to not follow a single theme or strand. While some information will be new, some of it has been released already, she said.

Look for Casey Anthony news on Election Day. More documents in the case will be released Tuesday, stations reported tonight.

“We are told they are both financial and investigative documents,” WOFL-Ch. 35 anchor Bob Frier said tonight.

“We’re told the documents will include more jailhouse letters sent to Casey as well as some of the family’s financial documents,” WFTV-Ch. 9 anchor Martie Salt said.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Docs aren't up yet, but reading that some of George and Cindy's financial records are included!

Those will be interesting as well! They appeared kind of tattered looking to me in court Friday. Their lies in defense of the precious princess has taken it's toll, and will continue. Casey sure has a different look about her.

Over 900 Pages Of Documents Released In Casey Case

ORLANDO, Fla. -- WFTV obtained 910 pages of documents in the Case against Casey Anthony Tuesday morning and are working to post them as soon as possible.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- About 1,000 pages of documents were released Tuesday in the Casey Anthony murder case.

The document release included more letters written to Anthony while she has been in the Orange County Jail, but the bulk of the pages included the Anthony family's bank records from around the time that Caylee Anthony disappeared. Detectives subpoenaed the records early on the the investigation so they could understand the family's background.

The documents also include information that reveals that investigators traced every phone call to and from Anthony's family, including their home phone and all of their cell phones. Investigators placed tracking devices on cars belonging to her parents, George and Cindy Anthony, her brother, Lee Anthony, and her boyfriend at the time, Anthony Lazzaro.

These letters make me want to vomit! I can't even finish reading them. They just go to show what kind of sick people there really are out there! Nothing like feeding this crazy womans EGO!

............ Also included in the discovery is a letter dated June 8, 2010 written by an inmate in Marquette, Michigan to prosecuting attorney Linda Drane-Burdick as well as an affidavit he produced. In the letter and affidavit, Curtis Jackson tells her that in late 2007 until mid 2008 he was an associate of Casey Anthony and Tony Lazzaro, a former boyfriend of Casey. Jackson says he met Anthony through a pen-pal and the two wrote each other for several months.

Jackson goes on to say that Anthony told him she was too young to have a child and care for one and asked him if he killed anyone and what he would do to get rid of a child. He also says she asked him how to dispose of a body......
