She resembles a hardened criminal to me at this point. Looking much older than her age.

I think she looks resigned to the fact that this is really happening to her...She's scared but at the sametime hopeful that she can pull off the charade that she started...I don't think she is in denial...quite the opposite...She knows what she did and I think she wants it to be over and forgotten so she can get on with her life...which she wants more than anthing to be lived out of incarceration...I don't think for one minute that it will happen...

Monte Carlo E-mail Shows Casey Prosecution's Strategy
UPDATED: 6:43 pm EST November 9, 2010
~Snipped~
Prosecutors Claim Casey Anthony Knocked Out, Killed Daughter
Prosecutors claim air tests that were run inside of Anthony's car detected large amounts of chloroform.
Former prosecutor Jeff Deen believes that discovery is central to the theory that Anthony smothered her daughter.
"It's a huge finding in the case," he said. "That has a lot to do with premeditation to commit murder or commit another felony, and that is a big, big, big piece of evidence."
Two days after Anthony's defense team questioned medical examiner Jan Garavaglia, or Dr. G., prosecutor Jeff Ashton received an e-mail from the president of a company called Bluestar. After her deposition, defense lawyers told reporters Garavaglia could not show Caylee Anthony was murdered.
In the e-mail between Ashton and Jean-Marc Lefebre-Despeaux, prosecutors eliminated another possible defense theory that Bluestar could have left Chloroform in the car.
DOC: Email From Bluestar To Prosecution
Bluestar is a product that identifies blood stains. It can identify stains even after an area is cleaned and blood may not appear to the naked eye.
From his offices in Monte Carlo, Bluestar's president wrote, "There is no chloroform or similar product in the manufacture of the Bluestar, and the chemical reaction cannot create chloroform."

I agree, did anyone see the news clip on the updates through facebook, I watched a video about there being a consparicy plot agenst Casey as a sole suspect, IMO I think casey had help from plenty of other people on this, and there getting a court ordered document to have samples of hair tested for like 1grand a peice to see where that imformation will go or what it will do, IMO I think Casey should rott in prision with out the possibility of parole or get a needle in the arm, I think the courts in my opinion have enough evidence to convit her if anyone wants to see the vid clip i can post it here, if that isnt agenst the rules, but I agree 100% that she wont be getting out of prision long enough to see the light of day.

Thanks Velocity. I think Casey was the only serious suspect because all the evidence pointed at her. It wasn't a conspiracy. I believe they would have looked at Zanny the Nanny as a suspect if it hadn't quickly became obvious that she didn't exist.
There were too many things at play for me to list them all. It's ridiculous that the defense wants Kronk to be considered a suspect. I guess the defense expects us to believe that Kronk broke into the Anthony home and stole the Henkel duct tape, broke into the impound lot and stole Casey's car, kidnapped Caylee from Zanny, killed Caylee, stashed Caylee in the trunk of Casey's car for a couple days, hid her body somewhere else, returned the car to the impound lot, and then moved her body into the woods down the street from the Anthony home after Casey was arrested for the final time.

And, J4A, Kronk also put the duct tape back where it belonged after he was done with it!
Casey may have had help after murdering Caylee but to believe someone else did the horrible deed is unbelievable.

I agree, I think to a degree that the nanny was somethign that she remembered from possibly long ago that was brougth into play before, Do we have anything that says she was " real"? I just think that its odd that the defence would want to point the finger at someone else before looking at the facts and facts are clear in this case.
