Well actually the date is tomorrow 3/2/2011 for the latest court proceedings...It will start at 9 AM est...and will be carried live on www.wesh.com....and probably www.wftv.com... not sure about tru tv's In Session...will have to check it out in the AM...Should prove to be interesting with all Casey's famdamily there taking the stand...

Cheney Mason will alienate the jurors........ he's condescending, tries to put words in witnesses' mouths and then argue about something they didn't even say, tells jokes that aren't funny, embarasses them, yuks it up some more, pretends to be deaf, and he is so transparently arrogant. (He should not have been so rude to that first rookie cop, who, by the way, is also a veteran- this will not win him the trust or hearts of the jury). kh

Got to give Yuri an award for not falling for Bozo's antics...All I can say is at times this seems like it is going South...I sure hope everything doesn't get thrown out and Casey comes out smelling like a rose...Cant wait to hear cross by prosecution..It should not be as confrontational...
