Thanks for all of the recaps, J4A. I find myself getting more disgusted watching her. The little taps and touches between her and Baez need to be stopped.

Heehee! If Ms. Inmate Anthony doesn't have her clothes in a timely manner again she must come in her prison blues to court! Imagine holding up the court so she can get dressed! Hah!

I thought Yuri Mellich did a fine job with Baez this morning (well, all along in this set of hearings). Baez loves to try to make Mellich say things he never said in ways he never intended. Mellich is on the ball!

And Kathi Bellich is off the witness list, right? I missed that part of the Judge's ruling.

JVM's theory is a good one but it doesn't take into account the statement Casey made on the night of July 16th where she says the nanny took her child nor does it take into account Casey claiming she had a nanny for Caylee to her friends.

I was only able to watch her make her entrance and sit down. I hope to catch more in a bit..........looking forward to seeing Yuri's from this morning......

That's right, that was also part of one of Cindy's 911 calls, that Casey told Cindy that the babysitter took Caylee, right? And 911 made Casey get on the phone and she even spelled Zenaida's first and last name, right? This case has gone on for so long I feel like I am forgetting everything I once knew.

Well...here I go...I awoke with a humongeous headache, which doc said was from all this dadnab pollen, so he gave me a shot...I'm still wearing sunglasses that I grabbed after a nap (did that med make me sleep?)...Never the less I missed the last part of the hearing as I fell asleep after Cindy took the stand..Soooo I'm outta da loop...Didn't watch JVM or NG...will have to watch the above after I'm fully awake...

Prosecutors and defense attorney's furthered their cases over the admissibility of conversations between Casey and her family, but not before taking up a matter concerning WFTV.

Friday afternoon, the judge announced he will hold a hearing next week on a set of key remaining pretrial motions he heard arguments on this week. While Ninth Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Belvin Perry ruled on a handful of small motions Friday that the defense and prosecution argued on over three consecutive days, he has called another hearing for 2:00pm Monday. It is then that he is expected to rule on other motions that could affect the strategies both the defense and state will employ in the upcoming trial of Casey Anthony.
