I think if the money runs out Judge Perry would have to say "No way, Jose, we can't give you any more money...So sad, but the cash cow is dead." He has had more than enough to get this going...too many fishing expeditions...he will have to go on what he's already got...

Casey Anthony trial: Family is trademarking 'Justice for Caylee'

George and Cindy Anthony are trademarking their granddaughter's name, as well as "Justice for Caylee," so people won't be able use or sell items with the toddler's likeness, their lawyer told the Orlando Sentinel today.

Caylee Marie Anthony's picture has appeared on fliers, T-shirts and other items ever since the 2-year-old was reported missing in the summer of 2008.



George and Cindy Anthony are trade-marking their granddaughter's name so people won't be able to use or sell items in her likeness.

Mark Lippman, the Anthonys' attorney, said he's sending cease-and-desist letters to the websites that sell Caylee products, including California-based CafePress.

On that website, you can find "Justice for Caylee" adult and children's T-shirts, shirts for dogs, and bumper stickers.

"We're sending out the letters and we're shutting everyone down," Lippman said.

Lippman said he plans to take the same measures if street vendors try to sell Caylee merchandise outside the Orange County Courthouse when Casey Anthony's trial unfolds in Orlando.

Sick, sick, sick family poor Caylee was born into. Selfish, twisted, delusional.... and GREEDY.

I was just checking out the inmates in PCJ...Elizabeth Rogers(Rodgers) has been released...Casey Anthony is still appearing on their roster, however her commissary account is now showing a zero balance...Yesterday she hac $350.00 in commissary...They must be in the process preparation for her transport back to OCJ...I'll check back later tonight to see if her status changes...

So she may get a little Sunday afternoon drive today. I know they booked her in at 6:30pm Sunday when she first arrived.

The jail still has her on the roster but I see that WESH reported that she was returned to OCJ on Friday...Go figure...One just doesn't know who to believe now-a-days...

Wow, they got her out of there fast! Back to her regular "dorm"............
