Judge Rules On Casey's Initial Statements

Perry Says All Of Casey's Statements OK For Trial

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry ruled Friday on two key motions in the case against Casey Anthony.

Anthony's defense filed motions to have her statements to law enforcement thrown out from the first days after Caylee was reported missing.

Perry denied the defense motions and ruled Friday afternoon that all of the statements will be allowed at the trial.

Just goes to show that Judge Perry is not blind or deaf...I wonder what the "little princess" thought about this...Can't you just hear her screaming at her "prince charming"... "You were supposed to save ME, not act as Court Jester"...Bet he won't visit her this month for fear that she will add him to her "hit list"...

OMG, I fixed my mom almost this same lunch today, except she had coconut cream pie instead of cookie, and she had a coke instead of the vitamin C beverage.

So let's get this straight: Instead of cooperating with people on figuring out how poor Caylee died, she's too busy listening to tunes and keeping her hair soft, shiny and manageable?

It's actually disheartening to think that Casey is even getting a birthday menu of bologna and grits with a gravy smothered meatloaf patty for lunch and dinner, when there are people who aren't disgusting, foul, child-murdering creatures who starve in the streets.

Dinner consists of meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots and bread. Anthony will get a piece of cake with dinner, but that's only because it was already on the menu this week.

Jail officials say each meal costs around 84 cents per inmate.

Anthony may have some snacks of her own stocked up. Jail records show she made a purchase this month from the jail's commissary that included tortilla chips, barbecue chips, peanut butter, nacho chips and flour tortillas (salty snacks this month, as opposed to last month's purchase of vanilla wafers and tootsie rolls, among other items).
