A high-profile attorney who doubled as an agent for disgraced music producer Phil Spector is singing the blues after being nabbed for viciously attacking her boyfriend with perfume bottles in their tony Manhattan apartment, sources said.

Jennifer Barringer, 39, who has been featured as a talking head on CNN and truTV, allegedly clashed with her chef boyfriend, Gil Faccio, 40, in their Central Park West co-op at 10:20 p.m. Sunday.

Barringer allegedly picked up two glass perfume bottles and smashed them against Faccio's head, leaving him cut.

Faccio was rushed to Lenox Hill Hospital, the sources said.

Barringer -- who assisted Spector's murder-defense team in 2007, but was not the attorney of record on the case -- was charged with felony assault and released on $1,500 bail.

The husband has officially decided not to make a stink.

Beautiful, hot-shot lawyer Jennifer Barringer -- who once repped Phil Spector -- may be off the hook by June on charges she smashed two glass perfume bottles against the head of her chef husband at their Central Park West co-op during a fight back in December.

The chef, Gil Faccio, is no longer cooperating with prosecutors and doesn't want to testify before a grand jury in the felony assault case, the Post has learned. He has written to court officials asking the charges be dropped, and is back living with his wife, according to two sources who asked not to be named.



"This is heading for dismissal," said one source

Gee, I feel sorry for her hubby. Poor guy, she must have been , she smashed perfume bottles on his head, he got all cut up, was rushed to the hospital. What was she thinking?????

Aaaaand, he's a chef? He probably cooks her a great dinner every night, how can she be so rotten to him?
