Walk Held In Honor Of Holly Bobo
20-Year-Old Has Been Missing One Month

DARDEN, Tenn. -- A walk in honor of Holly Bobo was held at Natchez Trace State Park Saturday.

According to organizers, the event was held at the Carl Perkins Trail Ride at the park. The walk coincided with the annual fundraiser for the Carl Perkins Center. "Many of the people helping in the fundraiser were searchers when Holly first disappeared," according to walk organizer Gina White.

Holly Bobo's mother contacts TBI every day

(WMC-TV) - The parents of missing West Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo said they call the TBI every day hoping for a clue to their daughter's disappearance.

The waiting and not knowing has been painful for the Bobo family. They said they have faced rumors from people in the area and constant speculation.

"I do kind of get in tense panic attacks when I have to leave the house, and of course I can have my house phone forwarded to my cell phone, but I still have a real problem with that or being out in public and thinking everybody is looking at me," said Holly Bobo's mother Karen Bobo.

Final hours with Holly: Family, friends, police reconstruct time before Holly Bobo's abduction

DARDEN — Before dawn on April 13, Holly Bobo dressed for nursing school, ate breakfast and studied for a test. By 8 a.m. she had been abducted from her home in Darden and has not been seen since.

At 8:05 a.m., the first of several sheriff's deputies and other law enforcement pulled into the Bobos' driveway, 10 minutes from the time Holly was last seen by her brother Clint. Holly's mother, Karen, arrived moments later and her father, Dana, rushed home from work to learn about the abduction of their only daughter.

Wednesday is Holly's 21st birthday, and Thursday marks the six-month anniversary of her disappearance. The Jackson Sun spoke with family, friends and law enforcement to reconstruct the three and a half hours leading up to Holly's disappearance.

Faith, prayers sustain family of Holly Bobo

DARDEN, Tenn. (BP) -- Nearly six months have passed since 20-year-old Holly Bobo was abducted from her home in rural Tennessee. A massive search effort involving hundreds of volunteers took place with no results.

There is still no word on her whereabouts or who took Bobo, a nursing student, but family and friends have not given up hope that she will return.

"We believe she is still alive. There is no evidence to the contrary," Don Franks, pastor of Corinth Baptist Church in Darden, Tenn., where Bobo's family are members.

I live in Tennessee and have a blond hair, blue eyed daughter that is in her first year of nursing school. She and Holly Bobo look alike from a distance. I can`t even imagine what her parents are going through and our prayers are with them. Anyway, I`ve been following this case and like most parents, I`m very disappointed in the progress so far.

Where are these five beautiful petite women, how could they just disappear, no cell phone activity, no credit card activity, nothing, but they all link to Asphalt Paving Projects that were ongoing nearby.

It appears that the families of the missing women, Karen Swift, Holly Bobo, Lauren Spierer, Paige Johnson and Kate Markham are in the dark about any leads in their cases from the cops. There have been 5 identical cases of petite blonde haired white females who have just vanished from the face of the earth since September 23rd, 2010 and cops have no clues as to where any of then are or a suspect. In the Holly Bobo case it appears that a white male who appeared to be 5′ 10″ to 6′ 0″ tall and over 200 lbs kidnapped Holly from her carport.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- There is new information tonight in the Holly Bobo missing person case. The Ohio Bureau of Investigation issued a search warrant to search a man's home near Youngstown, Ohio.
