Hey there Justice4all. been a long time and thanks for not throwing things. =) I have to read up on James L Mcintyre... I just got the link today in my inbox and thought I'd come along for the ride. ha ha.

I'm not even too sure if Casey would admit the truth but seeing as how her own life depends on it... then it better be good. ya know? geeze laweeze that girl better hope she's got one good hell of an explanation. I've been studying all of Casey's movements in court and just saying... if I am right, I can see her acting like that because she's the one sitting there with the entire truth.. she knows, but question is... does anyone else know. Maybe this is why there are rumors going around that she might take the stand. Maybe it will be at that time she will pour her heart out. Maybe not.. but one thing's for sure Justice4all... is if Casey is really in fact guilty of murder, I truly don't see justice letting her off the hook.. she's either going to totally sink.. or swim. I will be up first thing tomorrow morning to tune in. I have a feeling that millions of people are not going to miss this at all.

Caylee has the most beautiful brown eyes I have ever seen on a baby's face. Some of the pics that have just been out there (NG) totally do break my heart.

Welcome back butterfly. I, for one, have missed chatting with you, and as J4a says, everyone is entitled to their opinion, as that is all any of us have to go on. We don't know any of the true facts about what happened to Caylee, and I'm sure there is no one here that will throw anything at you.

Again, Welcome back.

I think I can answer all of NG questions she is throwing out there tonight for its now stated the defense is going on "an accident".

NG wanted to know what about the computer search's about cholorform... to answer that, Casey searched her boyfriends myspace page that says something in regards to woman doing it better with chloroform. I would assume that was why Casey searched the word "cholorform".. most likely curious what all that had meant.

one of NG guests who's on the prosecutors side.. he is angry saying that Casey lied and should be accountable. Sadly, this isn't a case about lying, this is a case about Casey getting the death penalty due to murder. I get so angered hearing NG trying to cover her tracks when she was prosecuting Casey right from the get go and...putting down George and Cindy in the very beginning...

NG is also for entertainment purposes and I'll give an example on that. Casey wrote letters about being molested.. Casey NEVER said she killed Caylee because she was molested and Sadly NG tries to say things like " is that their defense?? that Casey is throwing her own father under the bus as to why she killed Caylee... hello!!! where did casey say any of that?? thus, NG so called entertainment.

Next.. why is there trash in Casey's car??? oh come on.. what young adult kids car isn't full of trash. hate to say this.. but NG and everyone on there are back peddling because they were WRONG in what they thought about Casey!!! Maybe they shouldn't try and prosecute someone before everything is heard!! ya think??!!

I had a feeling about it all, I may not be 100% accurate I swear but I feel I'm in the right ball park with it all.. If someone could just listen to me about Haleigh, I would be f'n happy... ok, sorry, just so glad the truth is just about to be told when it comes to the trial on Casey Anthony. thanks for the warm welcome sitemama and Justice4all.. see you all in the morning =)

Hi butterfly64, great to see you again! I've pondered over the accidental drowning myself, over and over. One reason being, the flurry of phone calls Casey made that Monday afternoon to her parents and no one responded. And, the ladder being in the pool, according to Cindy.

But on the other hand, I see spite from Casey. Cindy's mother said Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee. And it seems to me that Cindy was at the end of the line with Casey on Father's Day, learning Casey had stolen more money from her grandparents and gave her the final smackdown on what she was going to do to get custody of Caylee, which was in the works. Neighbors heard the argument, Lee testified to it and I'm pretty confident it wasn't the first. Those in the family know the dynamics that outsiders wouldn't normally pick up on right away.

Then, with Lee testifying that Casey resented the fact that Cindy was the first to hold Caylee.

Casey told Lee that Zenaida took Caylee to teach her a lesson and I believe from that comment she unknowingly told why she killed Caylee and that was to teach Cindy a lesson. And we all know Zenaida doesn't exist, the Anthony's know that too.

In my mind, I think they are going to blame George for leaving the ladder in the pool, did he take morning or late night swims? Was George the designated ladder person?

I believe that an accidental death will not be believed because of Casey's extreme obvious lies to LE from the very beginning. If it was an accident and she was scared of her mother, wouldn't she have finally cracked under LE's questioning. Would she rather face the death penalty or spend life in prison other than face her mother and say..."It was an accident"...there was no emotion from her. None, she never cried for her daughter. As a matter of fact, she told her friend Christina on the phone once she'd been arrested that they only wanted Caylee back, that's all they were worried about was getting Caylee back. Christina was begging her to tell where Caylee was and all Casey wanted was Tony's phone number from them. That phone call was very damning in my eyes.

And that's just the tip of the iceburg as far as Casey's behavior. I just don't buy it and I don't see how the defense can explain any of this to make it believable as an accident at this point, or any point when you look at the evidence to be presented. Why wouldn't her defense team claim accident vs nanny from the beginning?

I am very anxious to see what the opening statements are going to be.

I do believe that George and Cindy have resigned themselves to the fact that it was an accident, so therefore they are supporting Casey in her innocence of murder. But, they are very used to her not telling the truth, they know her better than anyone. They loved their granddaughter, that was apparent.

Drew Peterson said to be pleased by Casey Anthony verdict

By Steve Schmadeke and Stacy St. Clair / Chicago Tribune
Sunday, July 10, 2011

CHICAGO - Among those encouraged last week when a Florida jury found Casey Anthony not guilty of murder was none other than Drew Peterson, who quickly heard the news through the jailhouse grapevine, his attorney said.

Joel Brodsky said his client, held for more than two years on charges that he drowned his third wife, was pleased that jurors in the high-profile case based their decision solely on the evidence.

"The jury is not to judge people morally; it’s to judge whether there is sufficient evidence," Brodsky said. "There was more evidence against Casey Anthony - circumstantial evidence - than there is against Drew Peterson. It’s good to see a jury do the correct thing."

Others didn’t draw the same comparison.

"Every case needs to be judged on its own merits, and we are preparing to move forward with this prosecution," responded Charles Pelkie, a spokesman for the Will County state’s attorney’s office. "The state’s attorney has great faith in our system of justice and jury system."

Casey Anthony jurors: What life was like for 17 sequestered in murder trial

Jurors had limited access to TV, Internet during the trial, court spokeswoman says.

By Jeff Weiner, Orlando Sentinel
10:19 p.m. EDT, July 9, 2011

~Snipped~

Levey said the jurors were allowed to have cell phones, but they were kept in the custody of deputies, who monitored phone calls as well as the limited internet access jurors were allowed.

But jurors weren't exactly allowed to surf the Web, or to use the internet for entertainment, Levey said. In fact, finding any entertainment at all for the 17 men and women was problematic.

Each juror had a television, and the hotel limited access to channels that wouldn't make any reference to the trial. The 25 to 30 channels initially approved included ESPN and Cartoon Network, Levey said.

But as interest in the case grew, cross-promotions became a problem. "On Cartoon Network, a blurb would come up about the Casey Anthony trial," Levey said.

Ultimately, all but three channels were blocked, two of them shopping channels. Levey said jurors looking for something else to watch had access to pre-approved DVDs, some of them brought by family.

ORLANDO --

He was the original Orange County judge to hear the criminal case against Casey Anthony.

But Stan Strickland stepped down more than a year before the trial began, and Chief Judge Belvin Perry took over the case.

Now, with the trial over, Strickland said he was amazed to see how well everything went without a hitch.

But he also admitted he was shocked to see Casey Anthony acquitted of first-degree murder.

Here's what I think. They said they are probably going to release Casey in the wee hours of the morning. They already said they would probably have about seven cars leave at the same time, and that she would be in one of them. Right. What they're going to do is have her in a waiting car and as they watch the first fleet of cars leave and get followed, then they will leave with her, either in a lone car or a second fleet of cars.

She's being treated like a celebrity, they need to let her walk out the front door just like any other criminal.

ITA. The medias are hanging out at the jail waiting to catch a glimpse of her release. I wish they wouldn't bother and do as Jeff Ashton said, ignore her. I would think it poetic justice if she came out of the jail all in disguise only to find no one is there to care. That would take the wind out of her celebrity sails.
