CRY BABY......WTH?

Cindy seems out of sorts today, visibly shaking and stuff. Think all these motions being denied, all the evidence "in", jury selection one week away...it's real Cindy, it's really happening. Nothing you can do about it.

Life or death?

Well, that was strange. No audio when they came back in the court room. Judge Perry appeared to be talking directly to Cindy, then she pulls her cell phone out of her purse....hmmmm.

That was shorter than I expected...Oh, well, back to the drawing board...

Casey Anthony was in court on Monday and broke down in tears as Judge Belvin Perry denied a motion in reference to news organizations that mandated they sign a confidentiality agreement before learning the location of jury selection.

I think this is the first time I've actually see Casey cry for real. She cries when Judge Perry talks about Casey having the right to a fair trial.

I cry because I thought Caylee had a right to a fair life.

Hey Eva........no problem. I think she just might be truly and absolutely realizing her shit is up, unless she was just shedding fake tears for the judge and her counsel. Ole Mason gives her some nice pats on the back, nothing like a male touch when you're starved and depraved for it. Sure seemed real to me, sorry 'bout your luck, Casey. Timer 55.........

Also today, His Honor told Cindy he'd like to discuss their motion of sequestration, but her two attorneys left during the "in chambers" meeting. She immediately got on her phone to text their office. This discussion must take place before this weekend and preferably by Thursday. Tick tock! kh
