Chicken Parmesan

Post by BillB on Fri May 20, 2011 7:25 am

This is a Chicken Parmesan with a side of spaghetti, It's easy and fast, I use a 4oz boneless chicken breast, with a breading of Italian seasoned bread crumbs, parm cheese, granulated garlic, parsley flakes. This is the same size portion I serve in my Cafe. Sautee the breaded chicken breast in olive oil until golden brown and about 75% done.Bake with some marinara sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese until done..........

These are pictures of one I made at home, when it comes to the final picture, I just want to eat and not worry about the picture...................Enjoy...............Chef Bill

I made this dish last night! Friends ended up stopping over and I made a side dish of pasta salad. It was a huge hit and my house still smells like an Italian restaurant this morning! I had 3 large chicken breasts and cut them in half so there would be enough for everyone. I think I may have used too much marinara sauce, but what the heck! It was delicious!

Here it is!

Pasta has grape tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper and olive oil. Thanks for the recipe, Chef Bill! It's something I've never made before, but will again Cool

Chef Piper, Great job, the reason I post pictures is so people will say "I can do that" make it easy. Nothing like having a great meal at home with good friends........Just think of what that meal would have cost in a Restaurant and the quality wouldn't even be close as what you made..............have fun..............Chef Bill
