Do You Think Casey Anthony Will Take The Stand?

The sad part is that the "defense" does NOT have to prove anything. They can make all the wild accusations that they want to. It's NOT up to THEM to PROVE anything. All they have to do is make is PLAUSIBLE.... CAUSE REASONABLE DOUBT.

The "prosecution" has ALL of the burden to PROVE that KC did it.

And/or I think they should see if they can get Kate McCann to come as an expert witness - of a mother whose little child has been abducted and what are the 'normal/expected' responses in that situation. Does she think/know that any members of law enforcement or the justice system inhibited her efforts (and therefore does she wish that in some way she could not have not let those individuals get involved). Even though she notified the authorities as soon as she realizedis Madeleine safe with her now? Has she said that initially she suspected every single person she came upon? (she did say something to that effect) Has she always been 100% honest or forthright in her words to every person she has talked to, given that she was filled with suspicion of others? Does she think that a mother trying with all of her might to get her beloved daughter back could look very different in different situations and why?

I said and/or but I do think 'and' rather than 'or' because Casey wants to go on the offensive (I know she really does - it is obvious) and make it so that as soon as possible those responsible for the awful death of Caylee are held accountable.

Oh and she could be asked, "If your child is probably taken through a concerted effort of more than one person in a complex premeditated way that also partly determines your response and seeming culpability, what are your options?"
