Hamburger Noodle Casserole

* 1 lb. hamburger meat
* 1 onion - chopped
* 1 bell pepper - chopped

Brown above and drain

* 2 cups of Medium (not wide) egg noodles - cook per pkg. directions and drain well
* 1 (11 oz) can corn niblets - drained
* 1 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes (if using whole tomatoes - cut in pieces) - drain and reserve juice
* 1 jar of sliced mushrooms - drain
* 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

In a large bowl, mix (by hand) above together. Pepper and salt to taste. If mixture is dry, add some of the reserved tomato juice.

Shred 1 lb Kraft Cheddar Cheese. Add some to above and mix but hold back enough to cover the top of the casserole.

Put in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve with garlic bread and a garden salad!

My hubby does not like cheddar cheese on top so I make 1/2 without cheddar on top.

I love this casserole. It is delicious, quick and easy to make. It is even better the next day!
I bet eva could even make this! (Only kidding eva!)

There are times when I mix it the night before and refrigerate. Then I put it in the oven the next day for dinner!

I am going to make this one day this week so I can dedicate my cooking time to the Anthony trial! Mix the night before and put in oven late afternoon.

Note: No picture available. Trust me . . . try it; you'll like it!
