Adopt a child.................!!!!!!! I guess she's gonna find a used RV salesman to get that camper to drive around the country too! She told her jailmate she wanted to adopt kids with an Irish accent..........

If she adopts or reproduces, it better be a deaf, mute and blind child. Because eventually the child will be old enough to talk about what is going on in her life.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A book deal? A life in hiding? Motherhood again? What could the future hold for Casey Anthony when she gets out of jail, perhaps as early as Thursday?

Should she be released at her sentencing Thursday, after nearly three years behind bars, Anthony could be hard-pressed to piece together some semblance of a normal life.

A case that involved years of forensic investigation, weeks of often highly technical testimony and untold hours of media analysis turned out to be a quick decision for the jurors weighing whether Casey killed her daughter Caylee Marie Anthony. Early in their second day of deliberations, the 12 men and women concluded Tuesday that the 25-year-old lied to investigators but wasn't guilty in her child's death.

STATE of FLORIDA'S MOTION to TAX SPECIAL COSTS
of INVESTIGATION and PROSECUTION and to RESERVE JURISDICTION

COMES NOW the State of Florida, by and through the undersigned Assistant State Attorney, pursuant to Florida Statute 938.27 and moves this Honorable Court to enter an order requiring the Defendant to pay reimbursement for the special costs of investigation and prosecution, above the minimum required by law, and reserve jurisdiction to set the specific amount of those costs.

1. Florida Statute 938.27(1) provides that in all criminal cases the costs of prosecution, including investigative costs by law enforcement agencies, shall be included and entered in the judgment rendered against a convicted person. A mandatory minimum amount is set at $100 per case for a felony and $50 per case for a misdemeanor or criminal traffic offense - but the statute also states that: "The court may set a higher amount upon a showing of sufficient proof of higher costs incurred F.S. 938.27(7)&(8).

2. The Sheriff of Orange County, Florida and the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) Task Force incurred in this matter special cost of investigation expenses, above the minimum, for which proof is available, and specifically requests reimbursement for appropriate costs. The efforts and costs of the investigation were extensive and not immediately available and, accordingly, the State of Florida respectfully requests this Court to set a hearing within 60 days to determine total costs of investigation.

WHEREFORE, the State of Florida respectfully requests that, pursuant to the convictions (as defined by F.S. 938.27(1) to include a withholds of adjudication) of the defendant, this Honorable Court issue a Final Judgment that orders the defendant, Casey Marie Anthony, to reimburse the Sheriff of Orange County, Florida and the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) Task Force for the special costs of investigation and to enforce those costs by further orders or refer said costs of investigation to Collections Court for enforcement, as provided by law, pursuant to Florida Statute 938.27(2)(a)&(b), and to reserve jurisdiction to set the specific amount of those costs after future hearing, unless stipulated to by the parties.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing Motion to Tax Special Costs of Investigation and Prosecution and Reserve Jurisdiction has been delivered to Jose A Baez, Counsel for Defendant, 522 Simpson Road, Kissimmee, FL.

I think I underestimated the impact that Krystal Holloway's testimony would have. She wasn't any less credible than George in the eyes of the jury. I guess her testimony is all they needed to believe the defense's opening statement was plausible. It also didn't help that George was evasive on some points, Lee constantly needed his recollection refreshed, and Cindy outright lied.

I was watching the interview with Juror 3 on Primetime Nightline. The first vote was 10-2 Not Guilty for murder. The first manslaughter vote was 6-6, but all voted Not Guilty after some debate. She claims the evidence wasn't there to convict Casey and she actually believes George was there when Caylee died.

What a load of crap....

So if the bitch didn't kill her kid...according to the jury...then who the hell did?
Is no one going to be made accountable for the death of this child?

This is unreal...a child dies, body is hidden, mother's car smells like death, there's proof the dead body was in car...mother parties while child is missing instead of putting up posters, talking to media, taking pro active stance to find missing child...doesn't even shed a tear over missing child..

Yet...she's found not guilty of any wrong doing???

So basically it's like Caylee never existed! Her life gets snubbed out in a horrific way no doubt...we have know idea how she may have suffered...how scared she may have been, how much she may have cried...we know nothing!
The one person who does know what happened...her tramp of a mother......get's to go have a party now.

So that's it? Caylee's still just as dead and no one is accountable!

I'm very curious....why was there never a charge of tampering with a dead body..or some such charge?
Obviously she tampered with the body....isn't that illegal?

I think he already knew the verdict, and this was a replay on the news so they could film it and get it on YouTube.

If it was spontaneous, then yes it is funny, but if not, then it is like all the sit-coms on TV. I certainly would hate for this guy to be a senior member of my family with that kind of language. I hope he finds God before his death.

Wheren is Casey now? Has anyone seen her, everything is so quiet, I can't believe no-one has seen her since her release. Anyway little Caylee is in Heaven now enjoying the angels and playing with all the little children that have gone before her and she would not want to come back here. God Bless you Caylee.

Skanky Anthony has managed to stay underground. kinda like the maggots that were crawling around in that stinking trunk of hers! But i know it's killing her realizing she isn't gonna make a DIME like stupid ass bozo and her planned!! i'm so happy about that, people really did come together and stood their ground about this issue. Bozo too is desperate for attention! But he is looking at some serious sanctions from the Florida bar! there is hope some sort of justice!!
but i just heard JVM say bozo was gonna talk on her show on Thursday!!!?? that pisses me off because he gets paid for it! The other week i happened to catch the very end of her show and he was there and i freaked then. the thought of that idiot getting press and $$ because he lied and snuggled up with a cup of skanky kool aid and managed to help 12 other lowlifes to let skanky out of jail just makes me sick! the best thing to do is to email CNN and HLN and complain and threaten to BOYCOT them too if they start letting him on thier networks now!
