Roy Kronk sues Leonard Padilla

Kronk says he was defamed by false statements

Roy Kronk, the man who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains, has sued bounty hunter Leonard Padilla in a defamation claim filed Friday afternoon in Orange Circuit Court.

The defamation complaint filed by Kronk attorney Howard Marks seeks more than $15,000 in damages.

"Over the course of two years, defendant Padilla published false and defamatory statements about plaintiff Kronk," the lawsuit states.

It says the false statements were broadcast or published, posted on the Internet and through Twitter. It says the statements were made on national television shows, such as Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew.

This case has the biggest 'WTF Factor' ever in the history of the world. Kronk is suing Padilla but not Baez?

Well, can I sue Jeff Ashton if I can't locate him when I go to FL. WTH, he retired just b/4 we get there to see him.

If I can't locate Yuri and give him the hugs from the ladies of RC, can I sue him too?
